Harddrive disassembled Fujitsu Siemens 60gb broken - works sometimes - ideas?

First of all you just ruined your hard drive by openin it bcuz it's all sealed to not let any dust on the disk.

Second. The clic sound of the little "arm" is normal it's because your little "arm" is reading the info on the hard drive. For the part I can't tell cuz we don'T see anything...
