100% true about the show. It was underwhelming. Except for the part with that horrid unexplained metallic screeching sound that made everyone cover their ears...that part was overwhelming. LOL

I've never heard of them, but I just checked them out and I can imagine why you felt they were cut-copying their own songs. ^^

I don't think they suck necessarily but the songs are always around the same tempo (maybe due to their genre).

And the vocals seem to mainly consist of low notes, which makes them a bit dull (imo). I've only come across one song where I heard the vocalists actually singing in the high pitch range.

So it's not my favorite music, but I guess they're good in their genre.

I never heard of CutCopy before. Great video by the way, but what was up with you turning your back? :) :) Oh, I have been to an underground concert before in which there was independent metal bands. Some of them were in costume as well. One of the bands that was there, broke apart a few weeks, maybe a month later cause their guitarist moved I believe to another band, I can't remember. I only heard one song from the band while I was at the concert cause I had to get back home.
