It was a little girl hand. And we checked and a little girl was killed by her father and was burried in the back of the house, whenever they found the body and when they moved it to the grave sight. The spirit didnt leave. An now its messing with my friend Randy's little boy. Its pretty crazy

When i told my friend Jose to lift my shirt an check. I had scratches. And we took a picture of it, coming to find out they were smaller then a grown up.

When me and my friends snuck in through a whole around 5 years ago there were no crackheads nor bums in the courthouse. Just an erie unsettling feeling. We went all the way to the roof and back down. Went in and out of the cells..probably in every room possible only w/ the light from one cell phone. I believe it's haunted & I feel honored I got to walk inside.
my friend and i went to corpus over the summer. we took pictures of this place one night because we thought the archetecture was so cool. when we reviewed the photos later, we saw an unmistakable figure of a man in a tux standing in the windows closest to the highway.....
COOL VIDEO BUT... U NEED to do some research, no one ever died in this courthouse. No one was ever executed here. The most death that this courthouse saw, was the basement, that was used as a morgue after The Hurricane of 1919! There were no reports of ANYONE ever dying in this building. Local paranormal researchers did do a study within the building and did not come up with a single piece of concrete evidence. This building is more likely to harbor a few hobos and crack heads, not ghosts! lol

there is one problem although the equipment was put into the courthouse the galloyess where never used a year before the courthouse was open Austin change the laws and moved all excution to huntsville and the ones in the courthouse was never used.
I live in San Antonio so I haven't been able to spend much time by the courthouse as I would like to. I used to live in Corpus when I was a kid, I loved it when they drove by it, it always had my attention. I consider whoever has been able to get in there lucky, especially if they were in there when it was open.

@hopedrm2011 I've been there before. The old charter hospital. It's scary as hell. Even when you walk in you get a horrible feeling. When I ahd went into the bathroom there I felt like I wasn't alone. We'll have to meet up and go together one day.
I personally have never been in this building but my sister and her friends did sneak in there one time. She and her friends reported of hearing what sounded like chains dragging on the floor and doors opening and closing on their own. Place seems spooky just looking at it.
I have not been inside here, YET. My mom went in her one time when the building was still open, but she didn't experience anything. When my husband and I went to take these pics of the place, he saw something move in front of the door that is between the 2 statues, I missed it because I was messing with the camera, but I took pics of the area as well and when I went back to look at the pics that's when I noticed the little figures in the windows.
I have been inside with a friend, it is pretty creepy once you get to the top levels.

I grew up in Corpus went to visit Family members there when it was still in use.
