Husqvarna 394 xp cut timed 2

i cant get my husqy 394 to run past 10,000 WOT even with the H screw turned in all the way. what do you think it is?

@mauipalmandtreecare Sounds to me like a obstructed passage but impossible to diagnose from here. Is this the same saw that dies on its side?
