  • bravo good man. bravo

  • really nice dude!!

You can still Barrelhouse by the Riverside

  • well done

  • Check you out, just a'smokin' this stellar tune...every one believes they grew up with the best of all music but WE REALLY DID, y'all!!!

  • Nice job...but too twangy with Fender single coil pickups. Ashame Clapton doesn't play Gibson guitars anymore.

  • Thanks you, SOLISDEUS!

  • looks fake

  • No, it's not fake.

  • @woode699 ya that aint fake i can hear the parts (no offense) where he over bends

  • lol a bit harsh, but inherently Eric doesn't need to be worried much about ANYBODY

  • Awesome! You should try it on a Telecaster, more bluesy. Great cover, bar none.

  • clapton plays it on a Strat in his defense:P he used to play another guitar though;)

  • i started playing in 86 and this was the first thing i tried to learn....its 2008....im still trying...fuck it im gonna play the kazoo....

  • Keep on rockin', brother.

I'm sure you can make it.

  • terrible quality mate!

Though, a brilliant cover, how long did it take you to learn this?

  • Thanks for your comments.

I don't remember well...maybe 30 years ago, it's first time to play it.

    I was in high school.

  • VERY accurate and very well played ;)

  • Thank you, geodinamicz!

  • dude, can you play at my wedding and funeral if Clapton can't make it?

  • I will, SPFrobber. lol

but you have to ask him first.

  • yeah wheres the second solo? keep going!

  • not yet. lol

  • ace cover man .what model of strat and amp type do you use ?

  • Thank you, gazzaboy2531977.

I used Fender Strato '74 and Marshall Valvestate in this video.

  • that was awesome , nice fingers , keep it up :D

  • Thank you, patrickk646!

  • what about the second solo?

  • I've not covered the 2nd solo yet. sorry...

  • Great Job ! Would love to hear you play it on a Gibson for that Clapton Cream era tone. 5*****

  • thanks for ur comments,LeopardJoy.

I'm looking forward to watching your next video.

  • the bends on 00:25-00:28 should be on the fifteenth i think

  • To me the bends at 00:25-00:28 sounded incredibly off, but thats just my opinion...

  • AWsome Playing :)

YOu hold your guitar weird tho :p

  • thanks for ur comments,JustCallMeLuuk.

  • Absolutely incredible. Cream couldn't have done it better themselves. Great playing.

  • thanks for ur comments,CDC1189.

    too much words for me.lol

  • ~Nice jam...you got the groove...~~

  • Thanks for ur comments, Coladdo1981.

  • i agree with clkisses btw i love the way u bend notes, i sounds great!

  • Thank you, mcyella123.

but I can't sing a song while I play the guitar.

  • thats cool, i wasn't critisizing you i meant it dsounds great not i

  • yes, I know what you mean. Thank you.

  • AMAZING!!

  • wow. this is an amazing song and you pretty much nailed it! i've only been playing for 7 months so i can't wait until i get this good. you rock!

  • Thanks for the kind words, rasdomine.

  • ok...now that you got playing it down...sing while you play...its so much fun...i been getting good myself singing and playing is in my eyes the most amazing performance...all the eric clapton...rick derringer...johnny winter

  • I can't sing a song while I play, besides my master is Mr.Blackmore....lol

  • Not too shabby, especially that sound at 00:16. Now the bad news: Perfect vibrato and in-tune bends take a hell of a long time to learn, but they're worth the effort.

  • Eric Clapton would be proud. you are amazing and that solo is incredible!

  • Thanks for your kind words!!

  • Check out my crossroads solo

    watch?v=bV63a_RacnM

  • hey nice vid!! i was wondering, do u have any tips or tutorial videos, ive leart everything but the solo and its so hard! how long have you been playing?

  • Thanks for ur comments.

I don't have any tutorial material and tabs about this song.

I just listened to the tune many many fuckin' times and tried to find the finger positions.

As you know, it's very hard to play this tune because we also need more feelings to play it very well not only technique.

    Try hard.

It's not possible to get some kind of feelings in a day.

  • oh, by the way, I had been playing the guitar from 15 years old to 22, and then I played again since last year, so that total 8 or 9 years I've been playing.

  • Good job, but you do need to incorporate the essence of the vibrato to that solo.

  • I think it's most difficult point to play this tune.

    I will try,anyway.

    Thanks for your comments.

  • fantastic man!! real awesome!

  • thank you, StJohny!

  • great job mate, you nailed it

  • Thank you, Ballmeyer!

  • Hey I was looking for a great version Crossroads by Cream or Clapton solo and I came across this???? Well you kicked ass!!!! Great job!

  • thanks for ur comment, TheVeganHere!

  • you got it bro,you got the Clapton fire of 1968.He doesn't have it anymore tho,but he was the creator.Best solo ever back in the day.good job.Its a lot of work but its the standard blues scale with hot sauce

  • thanks for your comments.

yes, solo from Wheels of fire.

    I love it very much.

  • man you are awesome. ive been playin for only 4 months but i cant wait until i get this good. cream forever!

I'm looking forward to watching your guitar play video.

advise me if you upload your own play.

  • Nice! What amp are using? It sounds to me like a marshall valve but I'm not that sure.

  • yes, it's a Marshall Valvestate 40V model 8040.

  • that's always been my aspiration to learn that solo lol.

  • if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything.

  • GREAT JOB! nice guiitar too!

  • Thank you.
