This is a difference of opinion we have. She spoke to the Agenda Item, which was to commend city employees for their hard work during the storm. The she tied it to how Sam Adams is lacking that type of leadership.

How is this any different than the lobbyist who spoke about how he and his family used the Street Car during the storm?

The issue is that citizens are no longer able to hold their elected officials accountable if they are not allowed to speak to specific Agenda Items.
