The jerk there is not Authentic. First of all you cannot get the pimento wood and the sweet wood to jerk on up there. If you look closely at the grills on the videos in florida ......no one is jerking on wood. However , it tast good. but not Authentic .Come to Portland Jamaica and you will taste the difference!!!
