Very nice indeed. I really love the green/silver version, nice contrast to the red/gold, though I do have one problem. The green head is a bit...weird? Like, sort of ghoulish I guess. I think it's the part under the eyes that causes me a bit of pain.

there's a new release of a shin musha and the gold ones are already metal coated. plus they have included some sort of a stand for the model so it really looks like a treasure on display.

Painting them is a pain in the ass. What I did with my shin musha was shave and sand my bits off. What bandai could of done with this kit was release it with gold plated parts like what they did what the full burst mode strike freedom.

I did spend 4 days for MG Gundam Wing ver KA. Decal and marking. It worths every penny. So, it takes time. Then what? If you spend 5 hours for a master grade, then it remains as a plastic, not a gundam.

I do need help with the Japanse text for the paint. the one thing I have problems is the blue amd yellows. some reds. I do have this kit. you wanted green it looks cool to. I do have one project to work on for custom color of my own deaidn. the orignal color is ugly.

I thinking more in the purple or black.

I try to make them for the most part of what the designers want. after all they work hard doing it. However I do find something that I want to custom paint job.

I build stuff my self as well. bandai Japan and Bandai USA dose fuck up the market with bad design flaws with parts that dont work. Building expensive kits takes time. Buying paint,sand paper, tape, sealing up seams.

paiting,sanding,paiting,sandin­g, painting.

I do not use those fucking gundam markets.

Its cheating and it looks like shit. I use a expensive Japanese airbrush and special spray cans to get the projects done. I make up my own gray as I go along.I buy Tamiya Bright red

Exactly. People like to have instructions to let them know how to make their little Gundam show-accurate but most people who are going as far as to paint them like to add their own personal touch. Hell, you can make them pink if you like!

Speaking of paint. Which paints did you use? I take it you used spray paints but which brand? The finish on the metallic colours look pretty good from all the way over here.

i use the testors and model masters which you can buy at any hobby lobby stores or hobby store....u can basically get the metallic green and metallic red and blue and other colors that u want....if you can find tamiya (japanese model paint) those are good to paint model with ...which i would use but i cant =(

you dont need spray paint can which is impossible to use on gundam lol unless you buy air brush kit which is the best thing to use or use dry brush

Dude, you can paint it whatever colors you want man. The reason those color guides exist is so people can paint it to be perfect or whatever, and match other stuff up to it. But in my opinion, if you're gonna take the time ti repaint a whole gundam kit, you might as well make it whatever colors you want.
