  • Why do I keep hearing the advice of 'talk to your bully'?? They're not going to respond favorably to that and if anything will twist things around and come after you harder afterward. That's the whole point! It's not like they don't know what they're doing.

  • I was BULLIED by an Jobs Unlimited Employee, she would call my mother and told my mother that I was a problem ostracize from the organization, she told me to leave and not to return. Then

when I got a job at Canadian Tire this women got in touch with my boss, my boss let me go cause of what the women said about me. Then the she lied about talking to my boss.

  • I like that this video discusses the covert nature of bullying. I like the speaker and her eloquence.

  • Yes yes Yes!! I have a meeting with my bully on Tuesday. This video is Amazing!!! For the rest of you who are being bullied in the workplace, get your Employee Handbook out and read it!!! Ask somebody who is familiar with HR to go over it with you. Show the bully where s/he is violating your workers rights!

  • HR never does anything. Those that are aware of what is going on often takes the side of the bully because of the 'it's better him/her than me" mentality.

  • This is GREAT!!! So glad someone is bringing this topic up with lucidity and compassion.

  • I loathe workplace bullies and mobsters - his or her goals is largely to tactfully make you feel inferior.

    Thankyou for the upload.
