I agree that AT is great but theres no 'first impressions of a lesson' by anyone here.

Im going to a music school mext month and part of the course involves alexander technique. I will be getting one lesson a week in order to improve my posture on the piano. Thanks, this video is helpful to me as before i didnt really know what to expect.
