Or even better, wait until you don't have those nice little holiday breaks to go home and be with your friends. Sometimes memories is all you have. I'm all the way in Japan, missed Xmas and New Year's with my family and friends. But knowing I'm away and that the time we all had was genuine, that's what makes it a memory worth remembering.

This is one of the last good country music artists that get good radio airplay. There is still great music out there, I just wish the words mainstream weren't so much of a turn off nowadays. You can always count on youtube however to hear amazing music and talent you won't hear anywhere else! I dedicated my channel to that very music.

It was fun being a teen/young adult. Seems we all try to grow up so fast, but then spend the rest of lives trying to recapture our youthful spirit. I've told my son, enjoy being a kid, teen, college kid, you'll have the rest of your life to be a big boy! LOL

ahh god, im 20 and a sophomore at college and this song just reminds me of all the great memories ive made with my life long friends back in high school..by either screwin around during our senior year or goin to parties every weekend and havin a good time with the people i grew up with, now that im in college i only get to see me friends on holiday breaks which isn't too often and after awhile it gets pretty depressing. It's tough to realize that youre an adult and gotta more on but thats life

@taruncheels23 Dude....sorry but you're just too young to be saying that yet. Most people your age (20-26) are out having a blast, probably partying harder than they ever did when they were in high school because now mom and dad are off their backs, they have legal access to alcohol, bars and clubs, that's why "college parties" are so famous. You have allot more living to do, don't stop at high school because that would be pretty sad.

im graduating this year and the whole graduation thing haddent hit me that hard until i heard this song...i just kinda realised i wont be able to see the people ive grown up with since kindergarden every day. i know after this year some of my greatest friends will move away and i most likely will never see them again. i remember all i wanted to do was get out of school and now im tryn to save my last moments here."goin out in style" Patoka High School class of 2012.
