Once I caught a ride in a taxi with a ho in the car as well. Never have been able to reproduce this, but the taxi has to be propositioned by the ho. Get in the car just before the ho.

Well there is a glitch (real) that if you actually get Jacob to stop whenever he drives away flip his car over and he will get and steal another, go and get in the passenger side, however, he will just drive in a circle. This however looks like a machinima.

you can do the same with romans car service set ur waypoint at the other end of the map call the car dont skip the ride and u can do drive bys and the cab driver will drive u around doing drive bys. he will also try to dodge cops as best he can i suggest telling him to hurry.

So basically you ram his car over, he will then get out and find a new car. Just as he gets in, you get in on the other side and then you have a driver. LOL
