  • WOW I have another thinkpad, 3 actually. all hovering in the 755's and 760's and 2 of them are screwed.

  • nice music from metal gear solid :D:D

  • holy shit how did u get that mgs audio cause i have been looking everywhere that that tune.

  • Please dont throw that phone away! <:)

  • When you turn on the Win95 along with that music, it sounded preety cool!

  • 0:09 bsod lol

  • Ah, someone "called" the music already.

  • 0:08 Your DOS version is too new xD. I once installed Windows 1.01 and 2.03 on my secondary PC (1,66 GHz AMD Athlon, 1 GB RAM, 40 GB HDD) and they both worked great. I just had to make new partitions (32 MB max. size) and I couldn't install the mouse on Windows 1.01 because that one doesn't have PS/2 support. I used an MS-DOS 3.30 boot disk to boot the OS's.

  • There is no Windows 1.1 nor Windows 2.3 (it's 1.01 and 2.03). Also use DOS 3.30 or older (no 3.30a) for Windows 1.xx.

  • Lowsy quality.

  • @RuiCarinhoso read the description. It says it was recorded with a phone. God.

  • Command Prompt... the primitive way to enter a command!

And another thing, MY NOKIA 6600 solid body is way faster than that dinosaur!

  • Command Prompt... the primitive way to enter a command!

  • When I first heard the song I thought it was the tf2 theme XD

  • good old days :D

  • A 486 running Win95... that's a hoot.. It took a Pentium 1 to run 95 with much efficiency.

  • @PhatFarm60 Its actually the compact distro of 95 released on floppy disks. It runs ok, but of course has no drivers for most of my devices. Wish there was a CD drive for it.

  • I can't believe you were able to run that dinosaur!

  • great music man this good

  • metal gear solid

  • Its jsut virtual PC, you can download it for free, not too much to do in win 3.1

  • awesomeeeeeee!!!Where can you get this?

  • man thats awesome

  • how u get mgs1 music?

    (metal gear solid 1)

  • 1:12 is the win 3.1 color palette messed up?

  • Custom colour in control panel!

  • @WLB91 Yeah, my "new" Toshiba T4600 has a color changing control panel extention... but I have a monochrome screen! D:> Well, at least it runs Windows 3.1 preety well for a 386!

  • Windows 3.1 ftw

  • I have Windows 3.0 3.1 and 3.11 running in dosbox :)

  • anyone have 2.1? please post a video. I actually own win 2.1 but cant get it to run on anything i have so I've never seen it run

  • here's a hint, download Virtual PC from Microsoft, and install win 2.1 there.

  • thats the tune on the last level on mgs1 isnt it?

  • how did you got windows 1.1 to work with VGA??

  • windows 1.0 doesnt have built in vga support but if you instal drivers it will work

  • it rides on top of DOS so the only OS here is DOS

  • Windows 1.01 uses EGA, and all VGA graphics cards have an EGA mode to work with DOS.

  • but mine doesnt work T_T

  • The 486 was possibly the greatest chipset ever! My buddy's got a 100 Mhz DX-4 that has been overclocked to 200Mhz, and it does more than a Pentium II!

  • Really, 200 MHz?!? Sweet!

  • just like 5 minutes ago I got windows 3.1 to run on a pentium 2 (I made a video on the same computer running windows 98)

  • hey i have seen lots laptop pc's but what is the red button on the keyboard

  • It's a mouse, old think pads used to use em.

  • dude my IBM can only handle 4 OS's

    I mean urs holds 9000!!!

    thats luck

  • how did you do this?

  • He installed the OS's, obviously.

  • but did he multiboot?

  • No. Because Windows 1.01-3.11 all run within DOS, you don't need to set up a special multi-boot configuration. Just install the OS's into different directories and you're good to go.

  • Good show sir, good show =p.

  • nice

  • thats how I did it!!

  • @themaritimeman Ah... the good old days when Windows ran within DOS... I still miss those days.

  • Your laptop has over 9000 os's!

  • On top of that, Each OS has a power level of >9000.

  • i dont get it?

  • LOL snakes in troble!

  • Lol.

    Strongbad has a 486.

  • I like the background song! Can you tell me the name or send it to me? I'm looking forward to reading from you!
