The thing is, Mabinogi has been developed way long time ago and it's much more focused in game system rather than gameplay. Vindictus was released way before Mabinogi. The game industry has changed so much within a couple years in between.

This game isn't very newbie friendly. You really have to use different resources like Forums, videos from others (gameplay techniques) and maybe the mabiwiki to help you progress. Though not everyone uses those, majority do.

I just asked if it really works... I mean, i tried to download the game but it said that it would take more then 20h to be done. And assuming to the comments on the downlaoding page, people said the same aboutt he downloading time.

Seems like the makers of the game don't even want european players.

There is a way to download it much faster, but I think you had to pat real money to get the varefication key or something...

OK to all you ppl out there that say everything is a wow rip off or to you ppl that get irked at ppl that say that: Just ignore each other. If you say its a wow rip off odds are WoW is your first MMO and you have no grounds for talking as WoW is based on other MMOs. id have to disagree because its the same type of combat system except in wow you can move and atk making for good strategic fighting but both games are fun and i play them both so i recomend these 2 MMOs because they are fun and adventuress. (fans of WoW and MB have no reason to complain with what i said cause i didnt side with either game or insulted either game)

This means thats it not like wow where the point is to kill things to get better weapons and armor to kill more things.

The fun of it is actually playing with others, adventuring, and just having fun. Its not meant to be a part time job like WoW. Its meant to be something you can spend an hour on, and just have fun for that hour. Imerse yourrself as that character for that hour, and enjoy!

mabinogi the best im waitin on mabinogi heros. in this im a dark knight a savage beast and a falcon. this game the best i love how you have to think and be quick witte. because its rock paper scissor style. its tough. some times you cant see what your enemy doin. if you see a shield you go for smash but some time you will jus see a x so you have to remeber each monster body movement if they walk they in def if they charge they usin smash. its hard to tell a windmill tho. i love da game its hard

Don't go off to Mabinogi because it has more Complex battle style than most of other rpg's out there. Monsters have better Artificial Intelligence which makes the game more challenging.

Not to mention, Community is more mature than RuneScape.
