some people use joysticks but i use 360 controller. I find it easier to fly with and i play Arma 2 infantry with the keyboard

hell yea.... i was just at the worlds largest airforce mueseam in the world... got to sit in an a 10 .... they also had its turret sitting on the ground.... just picture a seven foot long seven barrel 30 millimeter cannon..... yea... heaven i know....

@halo2142 it's a matter of opinion buddy dont take it personal. it is as you say a "stream lined aircraft" but i just dont find it appealing. i do acknowledge the fact that it is a good engineering feat though. maybe it's boxish shape is what turns me off.

good to see that there's an f-16 i thought there was only that ugly f-35 (not a big fan of the f-22 and 35 great planes but they look fugly) but um, i didint notice any aiming reticle for the cannon on the a-10, is there really no aiming reticle?

It won't work unless the server uses them. So get good and join a clan, ArmA is infinitely better with a reliable squad, I wouldn't even bother playing it without - its what its made for.

Your PC spec is more or less the same as mine apart from I have the i7 940.

What i have found is that i get over 60 FPS but as soon as I add AI to the Map the AI drops and becomes very unstable. I checked and the game is not using all CPU cores like we were promised.

I challenge anyone with any PC to mock up a large scale battle, during the DAY on High settings :0

BI better sort this out or the game will be a flop. I have faith in them tho.

I have made AI battles during the day, all over 1000 AI. On my computer at least the fps is greatly improved at day, i assume due to all the lighting that must be rendered at night.
