@speedyweedylemon I grew up in the 80's and I've always thought that the music was much better in the 70's. (Think of bands like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Whitesnake, Queen, Pink Floyd, Free, etc). I guess the kids in the 70 said the same about the 60's... But this song rocks. I've never heard it before and I already like it. :-)

Trond Holter and Ole Evenrude wrote Rock n Roll City. Evenrude wrote this song and more and produced this album. Evenrude wrote Sha-Boom's famous song "R.O.C.K". He produced Jim's self-titled AOR album in 1990 and he has worked with Robin Beck on his album One Size Fits All in 1989. Evenrude is the man!

This song was written by Ole Evenrude and it's coming from the band's debut in 1989. Have it on CD. Great album! The Norwegian singer John Ballard who performed at "Melodifestivalen" in 1984 with the song "Rendez-vouz" is making backing vocals on the track Downtown. Excellent musicianship. The singer in this band is Mats Léven who joined Treat after the band's debut. All the band members comes from Gothenburg.

later they released another album, "Blindmans Justice" in 1995 with Anders Möller on vocals and Jamie Borger on drums.
