  • yay. Im eating coconut jelly right now. Im vietmnaamese. Com on cho lam cai nai chi oi

  • Could u explains more clear...how to bowl agar agar and mixe coconut how long

bowl and put out of the fire ...let cool down..With music cant' hear ...

  • I can hear your music more than you...so don't hear alot you say :(

  • have you made the other video? you mentioned you were going to redo this.

would it be same settle time for the first layer before adding second layer if I used a smaller pan like 9x9x2.5 inches?

  • @sherikream I haven't and I probably won't for a very long time. Hmm, I think mine was a tad bigger than that so unless you put it in the fridge for 30-45 minutes or 10-15 minutes freezer like mine.. I'd say let it sit out for about 3-4 hours before putting another base of color on. The other video I was going to make is just a different package that I usually use. Just make sure its kind of solid but the very top layer to still be liquidy so the second color can "combined" together after it set

  • hey the song sound like it is from winter sonata

  • omg im 10 and i love it when my mom makes it for mee !!!!!!!

  • Ohhh... so that's how you make the layers. Everytime I make it, it stays mixed >:( My parents keep telling me the coconut will rise >_<

  • wow that looks so good

  • how do you use the small bag. like how much water can be put for one pack. so the jelly is soft but not to soft or to hard. thanks.

  • @thaowendy depends on which one you get. I only use this one and the other one I normally use has a telephone picture on the package which comes in a big package and then you'll see smaller packages. I honestly don't remember since I haven't made it for like 2 years with the original package I usually use but I think it was 2 or 3 packages and 10 table spoon of sugar or something along that line.

  • @thaowendy the one I used in this video is soft.... a little more texture than the tofu desert (you know? the one you get from dim sum or asian buffet and such). If I didn't use this product then it would be a hard texture... if I used the package with the telephone on it 'cause that one is just agar agar powder and no sugar added.

  • Oh, you let the stuff settle too long before adding the green color?

  • @delicatebiscuit yeah, or it's the agar agar powder I used in this video.

  • @xoladiihoneyxo Oic.

  • @xoladiihoneyxo Hehe, oh no. Nothing rude meant by that, I just wasn't sure. I've never made this stuff before and was curious. :P

  • @delicatebiscuit no worries =] You should try to make some.... or force your friends to make them for you. lol, playinggg

  • @xoladiihoneyxo I totally need to. I love coconut ANYTHING and this stuff is so pretty and it looks like fun. :D

  • yummmmy ngon qua heheh

  • what song is this?

  • @SongLyrics56 I always credit the song at the end of my videos. I know it's by Cat Tien & Andy Quach.

  • chao chi

  • @SongLyrics56 Hello em

  • do we need to add any sugar to this receipe

  • @jilivue If you use the same product I used in this video, you do not need to add any sugar because the package I bought already had sugar mix in with the agar agar.

  • kool, imma try this!

  • THATS THE JELLY POWDER I USE D8

  • omg this stuff is so good

  • Haha, yeah I guess that much. I didn't know if it went with anything else or just alone. Might have to try to make some for Zack sometime.

  • what exactly do you use this for?

  • You eat it o.O

It's jello/jelly. lol. just the Vietnamese version because we use coconut in ours.

  • Why can't you add thge color to the mix before you pour it onto your first layer? I would think the color would be more even that way.

  • You can if you want, I just personally like the almost mixture look.

  • Ahh okay. Thank you! I thought maybe it would mess with the mixture to add it early. Excellent video, by the way. :)

  • the music ruined this video :(

    couldnt hear you

  • you know i try to make it but some what it turns out to be hard and doesn't taste right...maybe i have miss an ingredient?... i put 8 cups of water, 1 whole bag of agar agar, add sugar until sweeten, then split the into two bowl then one i put 2/3 coconut and use it as the top layer, but like i said it doesn't taste right...

  • mix the coconut cream/milk when the water is boiling with the agar agar powder in it. I will message you more to help you out since it's too long to explain here.

  • my mom made cocanut jelly for a party and it was cut in cubes. it was sooo good

  • lol yeah.... a lot of people cut it in either cubes or rectangle shapes. my family does the same but I was going out to a party so I thought it'll be cute if I use the cookie cutters. hehe. The ones in Vietnam are soooooo DELICIOUS!!

  • OMG! I should try this!! It looks so cute!!

  • You ate it at the party! lol. even Gary said, "it's really good and it's in pretty shapes." HAHA.

  • No I meant like ...making it! hehe XD

  • have fun making them! I live only like 10-15 minutes away from you anywayssss. lol.

  • uhh.. nice viet song i suppose.. lol..

can you make me some? nice tutorial. how long did it takes you to make it?

  • approximately five minutes to boil each time. and I waited for 1 1/2 hours when it was in the fridge... so about 2 hours total?
