You look fantastic.Keep up the great work.I'm gonna give you one of my cool down tips that I use daily because I can't tolerate the heat.Freeze a few of your sugar-free jellos and they are just like a water ice and you can eat like 2 or 3 and they are only 10 calories each and you won't have to worry about feeling guilty about it after you eat.You are doing great.You are one of my favs on here and your surgery was one week after mine.Once again you look great and keep up the great work.

You are doing awesome. Cool beans! I am a little over a month out and I am doing great. I am getting my energy back and am excited about the possibilities.
