awesome J. Just one suggestion, try to keep your fingers just on the four frets and go vertically up and down, you don't need to go all over the fretboard on this one. Slap this in Transcribe! slow it down and learn from this, I'm trying too! ;o) Blessings

@jspain61 Yes, Transcribe is awesome! It can slow down any song/video and still keep the pitch so you can practice songs/runs without any trouble. There is also an EQ section where you can isolate the bass (although not always with great results). If you download realplayer , you can download youtube videos and convert them over to put them into Transcribe. I'll email you the link.

Humbly I thank you. I constantly dog myself because I don't feel I am good enough. I don't know all the scales and things of that nature but i do have an ear and can hear and play it with practice. I just would like to be one of the best.

I notice this video is from December. I'm wondering how your progess has come since then. I'm juiced about getting into this joint myself. Particularly the first run. I need that pinky finger workout. I do think that you can converse energy by play as much of it in one position. at least that's what I'm discovering so far.
