The box of chicks? I ordered them from McMurray Hatchery in Iowa...they came in that box.

We recently completed filming a feature-length documentary entitled Mad City Chickens, and we had the rare opportunity of touring the McMurray Hatchery with cameras rolling.
They do have quite a variety of rare breeds to choose from.

They're all hens so in 6 months we'll be collecting lots of eggs - plus they'll take care of all sorts of pest bugs on the farm (beetles, grubs, ticks...). And on top of that they're really funny to watch!
