My question is can you get this ripped and build as much muscle as this person in this video by just doing these exercises. I know you have to make it intense but can you get that big by just using the playground equipment? because thats the body I want. Like his.
@thepancakeshop Of course you can. Most of these bodyweight exercises stimulate a lot of muscles, like ordinary push-ups makes your triceps, shoulders, chest, abdomen and legs work. Don't start with the hardest ones though, and try to use as much exercises as you can. Be creative and keep up the hard work!
As a fitness instructor, I have to point out that these exercises are dangerous and shouldn't be performed by anyone, ever. Tricep dips should not exceed 45 degrees for risk of gradual deltoid tears over time. Pushups should never exceed the point where the upper arms parallel to the upper body, especially when inverted. Also, the movement on the monkey bars was incredibly stupid and bad for almost every joint associated with the arms. DO NOT DO WHAT HE IS DOING!
totally agree with you, thing is.. people are not searching for more info about the exercies before they start doing them. Thats were the problem is, as you said all this is dangerous but could been done in the right way with the same results.
So yeah..people chose to get injured and strong instead of strong and healthy, for now and later in the future.

Why is this popular but a mathematics or physics competitions which builds the today world is not ? "but this guy has so much strength" . NO. Physicists built an atomic bomb, your car, the beer plant right outside your house, which makes them a lot more stronger.
P.S. I am not strong but i can surely tell he weights about 130-150 pounds... I weight 210 ... I wanna see him do a pull up with 60-70 pounds on his back.

I don't want to say no to weed. It relieves stress unlike when I work out of play spots, i get angry and irritable. I am not fat,and am in decent shape.I'm good just being me,as everyone should be.

Good job kid, the whole point of what this guy does is to make a point. All these pot smokin drinkers won't have the endurance to keep up something like this nor the drive to really go and do it. I'm sure he doesn't spend all day doing pullups. It's the fact his muscle doesn't fatigue as quick as most people who just sit on the couch and smoke pot. When they are 30 and fatasses because they weren't paying attention to what's important... He'll still be going strong. Good job.

@jerrypease i smoke a joint every now and then and still train 5x a week and that includes 3 mile runs, circuit workouts, and boxing. its all about the want to. smoking weed has no effect on my cardio or work ethic..
