  • Yea I see all this arm and ab workouts but there's no leg workouts. Why just work your upper body if your legs aren't gettin worked out as well. I don't know, but I agree that this is better than doing drugs.

  • I workout too!!! but i drink and smoke, so i get no good results :(( i'd have to quit to see results. Maybe if i quit smoking and limit my drinkin say 2 or 3 times a month i can still enjoy myself while having a gr8 body :D! Or do i have to QUIT drinking too :(( I wana loose sober sometimes, just to realise im still human maybe a little casual drink :)

  • @marketday12345 Quit smoking, AND drinking, for a while. Get in great shape, then slowly work back drinking into the mix. It'll be far easier that way, if you absolutely can't give up drinking. Just don't drink to get drunk like most idiots. Drink a few and then call it quits.

    Thing is, if you get in great shape over the time of quitting drinking, I very highly doubt you'll get back into it. I gave up drinking.. I can't even think about putting that poison into me anymore. :P

  • I used to smoke weed everyday for 2 years straight then I gave it up along with ciggerettes I found the difference in my fitness I was able to run more I was able to lift more and now fitness is my new hobbie,I train 3 days a week running boxing weightlifting and it gives you a good sence of euphoria a natural high,Better than sitting in a room stoned laughing at stupid shit,I do miss my stoner days and I do drink at the weekend but keeping fit is cool,Drugs are for mugs

    My question is can you get this ripped and build as much muscle as this person in this video by just doing these exercises. I know you have to make it intense but can you get that big by just using the playground equipment? because thats the body I want. Like his.

  • @thepancakeshop Of course you can. Most of these bodyweight exercises stimulate a lot of muscles, like ordinary push-ups makes your triceps, shoulders, chest, abdomen and legs work. Don't start with the hardest ones though, and try to use as much exercises as you can. Be creative and keep up the hard work!

  • As a fitness instructor, I have to point out that these exercises are dangerous and shouldn't be performed by anyone, ever. Tricep dips should not exceed 45 degrees for risk of gradual deltoid tears over time. Pushups should never exceed the point where the upper arms parallel to the upper body, especially when inverted. Also, the movement on the monkey bars was incredibly stupid and bad for almost every joint associated with the arms. DO NOT DO WHAT HE IS DOING!

    totally agree with you, thing is.. people are not searching for more info about the exercies before they start doing them. Thats were the problem is, as you said all this is dangerous but could been done in the right way with the same results.

    So yeah..people chose to get injured and strong instead of strong and healthy, for now and later in the future.

  • Good job kid, the whole point of what this guy does is to make a point. All these pot smokin drinkers won't have the endurance to keep up something like this nor the drive to really go and do it. I'm sure he doesn't spend all day doing pullups. It's the fact his muscle doesn't fatigue as quick as most people who just sit on the couch and smoke pot.
