26.18sec or frame 798 on my DL. Cant figure that one out at all, it appears to be random from my recent experience

I've tried that with 2 videos one seocnd difference in length and got two totally different results.
Its wasnt consistant at all.

I am a Computer Scientist and I've cracked the thumbnail code for youtube if you are not a youtube partner who gets to choose their thumbnails by upload.
