To those who donot know What Filipino swing is, This is not the so called westcoast or Jitterbug in the US. As they call it swing in there,
But It is a bastardized version of basically Mix latin dances of 1940's GI Boggie moves & tango, dancing to the tune of modern pop music, This was invented in the 1970's by our local D.I.s to make a trend in the local Disco scenes, Such dances was inspired by Saturday night fever & Dance Fever, -but also we call it SWING.

nice and fun! but this isn't west coast. wcs is danced in 6 or 8 counts with the lady going back and forth in an imaginary 'slot'.

astig! nobody, but nobody, dances like Filipinos do.... 'cept maybe Cubans or other Latinos. But still Filipinos give an extra "umph" to any dance
