  • GO OBAMA! YOU GOT MY VOTE! WAIT...im not an american citizen...

  • This gets 5 stars from me! McCain has nothing but empty rhetoric.

  • Animal activist beware of Sarah Palin!

  • tellem!

  • SUCCESS!!

  • We can't afford 8 more years of this crap with McCain...and he's got a VP who's against abortion, for censorship, and who is one of the biggest feeders at the pork barrel trough. And she didn't sell that jet on eBay! Look it up, she's a liar.

  • Why doesn't eith major party or candidate address the problem for our failing economy? The Federal Reserve printing vast amounts of money, devalues the money that you and I have in our pockets. This results in higher costs and a weak dollar. Republicrats and Demlicans are the same thing.

  • Like Bush says, ya gotta catapult the propaganda.

If they say it frequently enough and with enough forcefulness we will believe it.

  • Hmmmm dirty campaign money for Barack way to get started, nice.

  • Antoin "Tony" Rezko (born 1955 in Aleppo, Syria) is an American political fundraiser, restaurateur, and real estate developer in Chicago, Illinois convicted on several counts of fraud and bribery in 2008. Rezko has been involved in fundraising for local Illinois Democratic and Republican politicians since the 1980s. He focused primarily on Chicago-area Democrats; for example, Rezko was one of Barack Obama's first major financial contributors.

  • Obama campaign should use the phrase" YOU CAN RUN, BUT YOU CANT HIDE" to twart Mcains effort to distance himself from Bush's records.

  • Conservatives are out to destroy America. So far they are succeeding.

  • republican destroy america , u fucking bastard

  • Yes bitch, freak or whatever you are.

Republicans and thier fascist conservatism is destroying America. Put down the meth, bitch!

  • The Repukes are all the same, braindead and greedy.

  • TRUE THAT!!

  • I saw this video today on some news show, very effective. I hope it's played around the clock here in Michigan

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOT!

    Kick-ASS!

    Play it to death, baby!

  • This is a very effective add. It should be aired nationwide.

  • 400,000 losing jobs in Michigan is because the big 3 automakers were hell bent on building gas guzzling cars and trucks.

GM, Ford, & Chrysler executive decision makers are to blame for that!

  • Amen!!! Money and greed is thier main interest. Not America!!

  • Stock market total returns (S&P500) during eight year Presidential terms

    Roosevelt (12.1 years) 336%

    Clinton 259%

    Eisenhower 216%

    Reagan 200%

    Truman (7.8 years) 185%

    Bush 3%

That is not 3% per year. That is 3% over the entire 7+ years. If you are satisfied with these results, vote Republican.

  • Hey there, Richard - is there a link to your research? I've never seen those numbers laid out anywhere else. To the point. Thanks.

  • These are figures I have calculated myself from an academic database known as CRSP. You can calculate these values from publicly available stock data such as Yahoo finance. Yahoo only goes back to 1950 and does not have dividend yield, but it will get you in the ballpark.

    See a related article at:

    finance(dot)yahoo(dot)com/expert/article/futureinvest/104492

Siegel has one thing wrong at the end of the article. You should vote Dem for President. His own figures show this.

  • Here is a more complete list: Roosevelt (12.1 years) 336% Clinton (8 years) 259% Eisenhower (8 years) 216% Reagan (8 years) 200% Truman (7.8 years) 185% Bush Sr. (4 years) 73% Johnson (5.2 years) 65% Carter (4 years) 56% Ford (2.4 years) 51% Kennedy (2.8 years) 33% Bush the Lesser (7.7 years) 3% Nixon (5.6 years) --10% Hoover (4 years) --68%
  • damn good research, man. fuck those fucking fucks!

  • Nice job, Dems! This is vicious truth!

  • This is a great ad!!!!

  • This ad should be on TV!

  • Great add

  • Carry your bank statement to the polls in November and your choice will be easy.

  • So why should i worry about 1 man over 300 miles away in Washington D.C. when it's 50 democrats 3 miles who are ruining my hometown?

  • running the white house if Obama gets elected, thats right those special interest groups who backed Obama.

  • Obama spent $150,000 on his vacation to Hawaii and purchased his house in a real estate scam in which his brother was directly involved.

2 of a number of reasons to vote Mccain.

Oh and Obama also has been highly supported by a guy who murdered a girl whom he was having an affair with and has yet to face the music

thank you senator Kennedy for making this year that much easier to vote for Mccain.

Obama is surrounded by a lot of shady characters who he owes a lot too. So who will be actually

  • Obama doesnt even have a brother you retard!

  • half-brother in Kenya

  • okayyy, he has a half brother IN KENYA that was involved in a scam HERE IN AMERICA? NO WONDER YOU GUYS VOTED FOR BUSH

  • I never said he was involved in a scandal here, I was just correcting your statement, he has a half brother and a half sister. Kevin is obviously an idiot, no need to address him at all :) And who are "you guys?" I've never voted for Bush and won't be voting for his twin. 8 is enough!

  • very good, sorry for the assumption

  • The only difference between them is McCain says "My Friends" repeats Bush.

One just kisses ya before he screws ya ...

  • Great AD!

  • all I hear on the republican side are attacks ... like they have no format other than to go after the other guy because they haven't came up with anything yet...they destroyed the economy by deregulation, oversea jobs, and superb tax breaks to people who already find ways out of paying them...how are they gonna fix it...they don't know because their format already did shit for us.

  • hellomynameisrodney Hillary came into New York promising jobs to us in upstate, didn't happen because of her and her democrat partners running this state we have lost more and more companies and jobs, not overseas but to different states who will give them a slight break on taxes or energy or anything so that they could afford to keep the plants open. She promised us a lot of things and yet i have seen nothing except jobs and people move away for better opportunities.

  • I hate political ads. But this Ad is an exception: I love it! Here´s why: It reminds me that McCain is no more the maverick but rather a surrogate for Bush. AND: None of the speakers on the current republican convention is disputing this assumption by detailing McCain´s plans about economy, healthcare... Instead the speeches delivered yet are full of attacks about the liberals. I think I know who I´m voting for in the fall. IT´S THE ECONOMY, STUPID!!!

  • Pretty good but you should have gone with more clips. Even old ones. It's not like McCain didn't recycle his attack ads.

McCain has contradicted himself so much and yesterday the theme was "he means what he says!"

He's the biggest flip flopper and after yesterday I say the DNC should take off the gloves.

  • Nice format. And McCain's always out there with the talking points on other subjects. Wash rinse and reuse, it's effective.

  • With the lords of Madison Avenue guiding his every step, would expect different?

  • Guiding whose step?

  • Johnny 'jet wrecker' McCains of course. Not to say the Dems don't utilize their services, but it is never as good as what Mad Ave delivers to the CONs, their hearts are just not in it. Enlightened self interest ya know.

  • Spot on, homeslice. Do you watch Mad Men? Last season's episode about the Kennedy election felt all too real.

  • Homeslice? LMFAO! I haven't heard that one in about 20 years! Thanks for the flash back and I really do mean that. A Marine Corporal in the Pentagon called us that because we were from Pitts and so was he.

I missed most all TV last year due to extreme business, but that was a show I heard damn good things about, it really grows on you, right? And it is a very accurate portrait of the 50's.
