  • Thanks! I'm glad I could help. Luckily, the typhoon turned to the east suddenly, so we didn't get the full force of the storm. I got more excitement about this morning's earthquake, though. A few things almost fell over in my apartment.

  • Hey Japan Jay

as I am in Tokyo in Komagome right now, actually found your video very helpful because Kamakura is pretty close to where I am. i eagerly await your coming videos! Take that, sarcastic person!

  • I liked it, looking forward to see more of the storm. Hope everyone stays safe.

  • Thanks. Actually, I probably won't make any more videos of this storm. It's just a typical cloudy day now. The typhoon turned to the east quite suddenly, so we didn't get the full force of the storm. I happened to sleep through it, though there was an earthquake at around 5am!

  • Scintillating video! The intensity of it all, I was on the edge of my seat...You really should be presenting the weather forecast with those dulcet tones and incisive commentary.

  • I sense some sarcasm.

  • How very perceptive you are too!

  • Well, some people might appreciate the commentary, like my family, who don't live in Japan. And yes, I know this isn't an exciting video. Wasn't meant to be.
