What are you? A prayer rug dealer? OBAMA'S A SCROAD and he's also an apostate! just kidding pbilge, It's not that bad, we're seen as the bully of the world. but it's because we use oil faster than we can pump it. and Bushy amended the constitution slightly. You'll get your habeous corpus back after we transition to free energy that cost more.
newts got as much right to his opionion as anyone, he's got a point about saving our children from internet filth. Kids post their fights at school and turn their 5 yr old sister to smoking pot and video post it. then there's the extremists preaching jihad . There's already 1st amendment restrictions redneck. why are you so terrified of new ideas? I myself dont feel the need to abuse my freedoms. I'm willing to sacrifice OJ simpson books and nazi propoganda for the sake all.
No one has denied Newt's right to have his opinion. He just has to deal with people disagreeing with that opinion. That is the beauty of "freedom of speech". As far as kids doing something stupid on the internet, that is a parents responsabilty to stop such actions not the governments. If the government gets that ability it can then be abuse and mishandled. The beauty of democracy is that its people distrust it and can force it to make correct and moral decisions by speaking out.

What you sheeshin about luke? I understand the US accepts almost any immigrant or radical that wants free speech into the country. the radicals tend to use our laws against us. We use smart bombs on the 100 worst people of the world. yet we get the blame for any killing. wether jihadists wire their kids with C4 or not. some people are convinced we attacked ourself . you believe our leaders are trying to defeat thier own country to be rich?
"We attacked ourself" no but the Rep's do attack our freedoms. When you have someone in the White House that has change the word "CONSTITUTION RIGHTS" to fix what he thinks the Constitution should say, needs to be voted out of office. Now you have all the Rep's backing Conservatives and what they stand for. Time to vote out every Rep in office. Ron Paul is ok, he wants to change the Constitution back.
pbilger, yeah right, but it sure took the smile off the enemies faces. I imagine It IS a shock to some people to think their robbed of civil liberties. kinda like Grant robbed the Klan, or Kennedy robbed the Cubans. no matter, pauly paul will cut them criminals loose soon. feel better?

How can we expect our desires to be represented by elections? Isn't that something we should be furious about, taking action to effect change, instead of yelling into the static on the internet?
We are talking to real people on the internet. I believe it provides the opportunity for real change. At some level, beyond the greed and cynicism, we share common desires. In the recent past, politics was broadcast AT us. Today, we have the opportunity to communicate back and reach a larger audience. It's a new dynamic that MAY shake people out of their apathy.

I use the tools I think are the most effective. My mind, my voice and the net. If I went to the streets with a gun, my effectiveness would be short-lived, as would I. Oppression can lead to civil unrest and violence. We're seeing that in Iraq. At the end of the day, will they be better off? Maybe, but I doubt it...
I am not advocating violence, believe me, it's the last thing this place needs, and the very last thing I want to see happen here.
But until we understand that sitting in our houses preaching to the choir is not going to stop this, nothing in the realm of corrective action will take place.
When election time rolls around they give us these great galvanizing arguments so we won't stand together or talk about real issues; providing the image that there is a real difference in the parties. After the vote they go right back to business as usual even building on top of the work of the other party.
I respect your position please dont take my comments as aggressive toward you.

The Constitution does not directly apply to you, but to the representatives of the public trust, by limiting their (the Government's) powers. Newt is afraid of the truth. We now have full-body scanners and Americans have been given a secret 'terrorist rating', which you are not allowed to see? Think I am crazy? Search for Keith Oblerman on YouTube.
1) Thanks for the correction, I was typing from a netcafe.
2) Seems the scanners are looking for anything one would consider dangerous. Which makes it odd that a terrorist would strap explosives to himself and willingly step through the scanner just tp get caught and miss his target :)
Could all those who find Tony's video's inspiring DO SOMETHING constructive. Send the link to these videos to some friends OUTSIDE the youtube community. It's an awful shame that such common wisdom gets so few hits, such little exposure compared with someone juggling balls in a plastic funnel.
Just click on SHARE this video and send it your friends. You are involved in a once in a generation struggle that will shape your national destiny for a couple of generations to come.
Do you still believe in the conspiracy of Osama and 19 Young Arabs told to you by the mainstream media? Or the one that say's criminal elements within the american government were involved? Watch 911 mysteries on Google and KNOW the truth! How can anyone deny building 7 was a controled demolition. Building 7 is the eyeopener. 1 and 2 were also controled demolitions. Only from the top down.
Those are interesting ideas and I've watched some of the vids. I chose to let those theories unfold without my input or too much attention because I know there are folks who are "working it..." I'm sure there are some nasty folks out there, doing evil things. I just hope it hasn't risen to that level... Thanks for your comment.
To me it's not a matter of believing anymore. I've seen so much shit on the internet about this, that 'to me, there is no other conclusion. It was controled demolition. The nearly freefall speed of the collapse should be enough proof. Not mentioning the pools of molten metal weeks after the collapse found in the basements. There are so many things not adding up...
We need to make these politicians adhere to the Constitution because if they did that, we actually would not be attacked by these terrorists. that is literally true. Our Constitution obligates them to abide by international law and if they did that instead of wronging and killing people in the Middle East, we wouldn't even be targeted by al-Qaeda in the first place. GOOGLE "What motivated the 9/11 hijackers?"
Every time you post, I feel more and more American Tony. We must keep forever vigil. Ya know, someday we may be forced to riot in the streets. Tony, ya got it right every time. I'm with you all the way. We certainly are not protecting our freedoms in Iraq. If America ever falls, it will be from within.
I'm just going to use the tools that Jefferson and his boys gave us. The vote and free speech. That ought to be up to the job. lol. I'm hoping so, anyway!
Great video. It's the same here, the same tactics. Isn't it interesting how we're being urged to reliquish our freedom and civil liberties to 'safeguard our way of life'? Freedom is our way of life. Those who would seek to alter that are the true enemy.
Newt is a defender of the constitution. I'll bet a paycheck you took something out of context so u could rant this stupid retoric on video!!

Newt is afraid of the truth. We now have full-body scanners and Americans have been given a secret 'terrorist rating', which you are not allowed to see? Think I am crazy? Search for Keith Oblerman on YouTube.

Thanks. It's Olbermann, though.

What are we looking for?
ReluctantRedneck 5 years ago

You wonder who the real terrorists are?

ReluctantRedneck 5 years ago

You *really* should be a politician, there ought to be at least one honest one.
