congrats!! Im so happy for you!! I had the same symptoms>cramping and spotting for one day. I do have tender breasts and nausea!! No vomiting but nausea everyday. sounds like multiples! Wow 823! my first beta was 823 and second was 3311. Whoo hoo!!! Keep us posted :)
