No disrespect,dreamzofu2002,but beautiful intelligent black women should not be stirring the pot and starting fist fights in dressing rooms and bitch-slapping people at weddings. I understand the main plot of "dirty little secrets", however it would have been in better taste to have these women go through this with some class. Granted, without drama, there might not be as much to watch,but somehow, "Why Did I Get Married?" accomplished the same thing without demoralizing beautiful black women.

@spanishliljon Haha! Too funny,you are correct,however, I feel that "Angela" has had to reflect and even be checked on her crazy antics that only she feels necessary to keep her man. Tasha Smith plays "Angela" to perfection, an over-the-top comedic character that is sometimes needed for comedic relief. While I'm confident that not every sista is like that, I have been witness to VERY SIMILAR antics/comments made about keeping a man. Thanks for making an excellent point...

I just can't resist a good gramarian debate! At issue is if an apostrophe is used, if placed after the "d" in friends would that make the word a contraction (friend is), or a possesive, or is it even necessary? Since only one of the best friends is getting married, the proper usage is indeed " 's ".

An apostrophe- s would give the word "friend" the meaning "friend is." Like that's- means "that is," it's means "it is," etc. They could either put an apostrophe after the "s" giving the word possession (belonging to) or use no apostrophe at all (which is what they did). Both are correct and YOU are incorrect.
