I also laughed when our own President said that he will going to make an investigation before making necessary move who is at fault on that situation. If I am the one that is President and that scenario happened, just after the assault of the Manila Police I already ordered for the relieved of all Police officers involved including all field superiors and that is the first move, then an investigation can come after that.
