  • Janjaweed, Taliban, Al Quaida...it's all the same. Muslims. Unfortunately, my own people are only interested in Super Bowls and X-Boxes. They call themselves democrats and citizens of the world, yet whine like babies if they're asked to go somewhere to help someone.

  • If the white man say he's going to a country to help as far as humanitarian needs. He's really going over to secure the natural resources in the aftermath

  • If the white man say it was 400,000 blacks that died, its safe to say over 4,000,000 was killed. if the white man say over 2,000,000 people were displaced that mean 20,000,000 is a safe number to play with etc etc

  • this is crazy this is happening and hardly anyone in the world is doing anything. i feel like we as humans all need to stand up and find a way to stop it even if it means us americans make enough noise her in the us to get or gov. involved.

  • this is anti islam blame it on the muslims......... as usaual

  • @MrPopop100 Well it IS the Muslims you dumbshit!

  • why are these people being punish they are not doing anything to hurt the black arabs. They are peaceful people just trying to live. But Bashir just wants to kill em all. That sick fuck. He is going to get his.

  • You do realize it's black people killing black people.

  • The fact is that this situation is based around resources that are gaining demand, therefore situations such as this one will receive very little help in the coming years.

If anyone think they have any comment to this just post them. I will respond accordingly.

  • The fact is the world doesn't give a S^%t damn about black people, which is indeed due to culture. Think what is associated when one hears the word "Black"--evil, dark, impure, strong, wrong...etc Things such as this only adds to the fact that society and put and continues to sustain pressure on all black societies. The U.S. may have labeled the situation "Genocide", it will truly do nothing due to the governments own interest. Which do not include helping the people of Darfur.

  • I dont understand how Bush wanted to do something about it, and the current president, who is black atleast half, doesnt do shit!!!

  • soo sad

  • The two people that disliked this video are what's wrong with this world.

  • @roflcopterness1 No worries! Hopefully the film was meaningful to you and has stirred viewers to take some form of action to stop conflict in Sudan.

To learn more about our work in Sudan, visit refugeesinternational[dot]org/where-we-work/africa/sudan

  • @roflcopterness1 No. I disagree.

Some people interpret that a dislike means they dislike the content being shown.

Do you like what is happening in Darfur?

  • America will not enter because they don't want to get our so called allies like Saudi Arabia mad, because we would look like we are supporting the Christians in the South. I say shame on us, shame on all of us!!!!

  • @lightsoutnow30 word!!!

  • i hate that is has 50,000 views but justin beiber has 500 million :'(

  • as a muslim I was ashamed. where was Arab League. it should have bombed Khartum govt.

  • Where is the Muslim community when Muslims need help?

  • @MuslimAgenda Yeah! Whenever radical Muslims rape, beat and kill others, it's the Christians and not the so called moderate Muslims who help the victims. It's as if the so called moderate Muslims agree with the murders and burtality.

  • OMG this is soo sad.. I hadn't even heard about this. It's horrible!!! How is it possible to help?

  • I think its horrible whats going on over there but honestly its not our business nor is it our problem. the government can't keep throwing out money out to everybody. The country is in debt and those people over there aren't our responsibility.

  • Makes me cry that the world is like this... I could never kill one of my own, by "my own" I mean a human.

  • I don't have any money but I'll contribute a song...check out "eyes of a dying child" by Accent

  • I think we should just blame white people, after all, we get blamed for everything else on this planet. Even though there is none there, we should just step up and take the blame. Its our fault

  • @chadheroman exactly

  • Muslims? Damn those people are savages.

  • Damn Africa is hell, I'm glad I'm from Jamaica.

  • @QBisbest i hate you for that, and its people like you who claim, "im glad im not that man" you will GO TO HELL FIRST. i hope a hurricane comes for your asses. just for what you just said you insensitive bastard.

  • @ScholaroftheDay21 I didn't exactly say "Screw Africa" I am only saying that I am fortunate for not being born under such conditions, anyone would feel that way. I love Africa and their people and only wish that this pointless conflict would come to an end.

  • All i know is that Europe owns practically all these countries so it's not a surprise that blacks are suffering. Why let africans have freedom so they can keep all their resources and be the super power they were suppose to be. A british owned chinese diamond company just bought a 35 million dollar S african diamond so it makes total sense to me. relocated blacks to a piece of shit area with no food away from what they know while Whites Arabs and Chinese rob us, it just "diversion" to me.

  • @Inu4kagome these murderers are Arab muslims doing the killing of blacks. Has nothing to do with Europe. Money is supplied by Saudis to make all of north africa Arab muslim. BTW they are even killing black muslims. The most racist, nasty people of earth arab muslims

  • I dont care how bad people think i am for saying this and its hard 2 being a christian but America itself needs to fix ourselves before we can get involved with every other problem we are in debt to many places and we are declining at an alarming rate i know we dont have it as bad as other places but once we finish taking care of us then we should take care of others. George Washington even believed in this our first president said to cut off foreign ties i think we need this we need this now

  • the so-called "peaceful" religion....Islam.....smh.

  • @dazamaru

Oh c'mon, there are plenty of religions that are supposed to be peaceful but have done horrible things. Look at the KKK; they think they're legit Christians. It's a cliche, but religion is truly only as good as the people using it.

  • this is Rawanda all over again!

How many more millions of people have to die from genocide before the un wakes up,but they seem to turn a blind eye to what's happening! and it pisses me off!

  • I feel like asking presidential candidates is a useless step but it is all we can do. I feel like even if they were asked, they would put it aside. I feel powerless and I want to be able to physically go and stop this single handedly. Why are we indifferent?

  • The USA can't help every country than has a crisis. Everybody in the world hates the US but they always seem to want our help. It sucks this goes on in the world but let's worry about ourselves first.

  • chickenlover1234 Let me ask you question have you ever been to darfur you obviously dont know nuthing about the problems for you think its about race or religion.

  • This makes me really appreciate living in Canada, I wish I oculd do something.. :'( i'm in tears now..

  • Darfur is in sedan and most is not everyone is muslim, but the arabic muslims are killing off the black muslim. its sad, i saw a documentory about it in my social conflict class....we also read about the rwanda genocide

  • why doesnt the U.S. do anything about it??

  • Why doesnt France do anything about it??

  • One of the great lies and tactics the westerners use is that their is a geneciode in fact thiers no genecide and theirs no evidence of genecide ! genecide means ethnic cleansing of one type of race thats a bit stupid when everyone in darfur is black and muslim!

  • i think you need to look up the definition of genocide (and learn how to spell it) which states an act committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. which is exactly whats going on in darfur.

  • Comment removed

  • Idiot!

  • While companies of rich countries still sell more wepons than rich countries spend on helping poorer countries, starvation, genocide and violence will never end.

  • Darfur is the greatest disgrace for democratic community. USA was able to land in 10 000 troops in haiti within a week

They countinue keeping another 100 000 in Irq, Afg in meaningless war

EU, UNO r only able to issue lame protests & their (esp. UNOs troops) r a joke

some of African UNOs were involv in rapes, corrupt themselves

its about time to confront the militias & northsudanese henchmen militarily

HItler wasn't appeased by lame statements

  • @kajro57 well, lets not forget who is giving the Sudanese government and Janjaweed weapons, THE CHINESE. How the F*** do they get off the hook for this?

  • lets not point te finger at God we all know poverty and situations like this are man-made so please

  • What is free will without the ability to defend your right to act freely? Arm these people against their oppressors.Only an armed people may determine thier life's choices,GUNS=PEACE

  • The reason that these people keep killing is because they have weapons (which means guns). Weapons enable them to do kill. You have no idea how harmful guns are, do you? Stop making it seem rosy as if guns can solve everything and anything. Guns will NOT solve anything; they just make the situation worse.

So, wake up and open your eyes.

  • What makes you think taking guns away would make them stop killing each other? It is a proven fact that Homo Sapiens have been killing each other for tens of thousands of years, and I don't know about you but I would rather be shot than get clubbed to death or split open by a spear/sword.

  • @Hydra773 and, as this person mentions Rwanda, most of that murder occurred with machetes.

  • @supressorgrid Using violence to obtain peace is like fucking to become virgin again?

  • No, but it will keep you from being screwed again.

  • To say free will is the reason behind these happenings is an extremely naive statment. These things happen because of various reasons. What stems the problems cannot be answered by any one theory. This isnt happening because there is an absense of God in Africa. Maybe time might be better spent disscussing ways to end and prevent further violence, instead of trying to make logic and point a finger at God or any other one problem. It's a systematic problem, its is a system of problems.

  • Double-standards at work by the wealthy in our globalized community!

The only "black" they want is the stuff pumped from the ground. To them, human life is inconsequential.

Sure, they say all the right words. But in the end, NO action is taken against those murderous, racist criminals in Khartoum and their Janjiweed thugs.

    Thanks for posting.

  • @krislyttle blame the Arabs they are the reason this is happening

  • @replicantplanet I don't agree. It is just that group of Arabs, not all of them. Please don't start stereotyping this entire race. That is what causes conflict and, in this case, genocide. Anger and violence towards the whole race will only start the cycle over again. Careful what you say and how you say it.

  • @dreamrider121 I'm sorry i am only making people aware of the Arsb cleansing of an African nation their killing & Displacement of the Indigenous people because they not of Arab decent is not acceptable. The more people know the better

  • @replicantplanet I agree that it is not acceptable and that something should be done to stop it, but keep in mind that it is the Janjaweed, not Arabs. "Arabs" includes all Arabian people, even the ones that have nothing to do with this.

  • @dreamrider121 Who do you tink is funding the Government to carry out this, not the west...

  • its free will is why these things happen

  • Darfur, change is coming god is showing us this, we are now seeing what we could not see before, change is coming god is about to move and evil is about to have there faith, change is coming

  • ignorant fool, if there is a god (ther isnt) why would he let this happen? Whats your made up dilusional excuse for a god that allows people to suffer SO MUCH PAIN?

  • Comment removed

  • its sad that i have to go to youtube to see whats going on in darfur. instead of letterman, palin, obama, rush etc.. report on whats going on there

  • yeah, me too.

  • so lets run them arabs out of our places

  • Lord Jesus i pray that you would convict all of those responsible for the atrocities in Darfur please help strenghen, protect, and bring peace to all victims. and I pray that all would come to know you lord god we know lord jesus that with you nothing is impossible please bless them and help them amen

  • cant believe the Sudan are using helicopters to kill these people. i hope this can be resolved soon

  • naw obama means that !!!!! but at 3:16 in the video the spaeker called the girl a it thats not right

  • the speaker said em as meaning them

  • As an obama supporter i sadly say I'm pretty sure he's not worried about Darfur. You can just tell when he's talking about it that he's saying what people want him to say and not being truthful about helping. America needs to stop invading countries"Looking for terror" and start going to darfur. The rebels are the biggest terrorist group in the world. Al Qaeda and Taliban combined are responsible for around 9,000 deaths. thats 1/44th of the deaths in Darfur.

  • Wasn't it the rebels who are also helping the villagers? It's the Sudanese government commiting the genocide, isn't it? Well from another video I saw the one of the rebel groups wanted to talk peace and stop the killing.

  • Yes both sides supposedly want to end it peacefully, but neither is willing to give in therefore the killings continue. I believe the rebels are the "Bad guys" (Sorry for lack of terminology) and the government is allowing it to happen. Forgive my ignorance, but maybe me and you would know for sure what is going on if people like Paris Hilton weren't so important to CNN, MSNBC and Fox.

  • Darfur wasnt the beggining of this crisis this is the third genocide in Sudan. The first victims were the inhabitants of the Nuba Mountains of central Sudan. According to Gregory Stanton of Genocide Watch, The Nuba were grouped into Peace Villages, where their women were systematically raped by Arab men, their children stolen to serve as slaves and at least 100,000people disappeared, never to be seen again. The U.N. supports the genocides thru regulations requiring the people be disarmed

  • Wickedsyn8,

You are totally ignorant or depraved! Do check the background before you assault people's ears with your comments!

  • this is occuring cuz of their differences in culture religion and the necesity for power. I dont elieve this will ever end in Darfur or other countries such as Iraq (but can contribute help)Obama cant be thinking only of Darfur cuz of the economic crisis in the US which has lead to an unemployment rate of 8% when it was to be lower than 4% leaving many people living on the streets. The rebels could be a terrorist group but also the ones in Iraq cuz they are a threat to other countries

  • The rebels in Darfur are not the ones committing the genocide. The perpetrators are the group known as the Janjaweed, consisting mostly of members of Arab nomadic tribes. The Sudanese government has denied helping them but there is evidence that the gov't has provided them with weapons, etc.

Much like in Rwanda, the genocide is fueled by hatred for the rebel groups and all the people who are similar to them. In this case that means the blacks of Darfur, so they are the victims.

  • Then who should go over there and get killed for them The Bush twins McCains kids and do we want another Somalia I do not remember Africa screaming injustices toward England when they where pounding Northern Ireland or sending troops to help the Serbs in Bosnia but everyone should lay down there lives for them

  • would you ever want to die??

would you ever want to suffer?

    well, that may happen.

but would it ever be as bad as this????

  • as negetive as this sounds, i hope we all die becouse the human race is a horrible race, one that should had never should have existed, the day will come.

  • At the risk of getting negative responses for bringing out spirituality...God created humans and He saw that all He had created "was good". The problem is when us humans decide to behave against God's Commandments and Will that we see these atrocities. On top of that we use God's Name to justify killing when he clearly has stated "Thou shalt NOT KILL". "Love thy neighbor as thyself"...who even practices that? The truth is if we just listened to the Word of God AND PUT IT INTO PRACTICE.......

  • And don't worry...we will ALL die one day...and then we will have to give account for all of our ACTIONS that really demonstrate what we believe. If I can invite you to seek God and find out from Him how you should behave...we must start with our own self...to then help others start behaving as He designed. God bless you and continue to illuminate your mind in realizing that this conduct is NOT the way! Seek the "Way" through your knowledge and closeness to God.

  • Study the teachings of Christ. That is the basis of Christianity. The assholes in the middle ages had it all wrong. Jesus only taught love, restraint, and forgiveness.

  • what about our children. and hope. i feel the same as you but its unfair to say that

  • I have seen no comments on what we can actually do to help this situation in darfur. Does a monetary donation suggice?Perhaps we can all try to ask the presidential candidates what they would do when they get elected to stop this genocide, and then put pressure on them to actually follow thru.

  • Asking the presidential candidates about what they will do on Darfur is definitely a great step. There are also a number of demonstrations around the country in September that you can participate in that are hosted by Save Darfur, Amnesty International, American Jewish World Service and others. Go to their web sites to find out more.

  • wont you think that you should ask him why he is letting genocide in iraq? ....

the people that kill in africa believe that if someone dies suddenly its a curse and they have to hunt their relatives down

how would you expect them to stop this madness ?

as long as the oil is the biggest moneymaker africa wont get shit from the US

  • Ask the Chinese-They have the biggest oil interests in the Sudan. This is about muslims killing christians and animists.

  • Do you have a myspace? You can paste this video on a bulletin on a regular basis and ask your friends to do the same.

God bless you brother in Christ.

  • @forthesakeohsp I'm sorry to say this, but helping darfur brings no profit. So what reason would there be for governments to actually go there?

  • @RRaymonDD yeah, even the hypocrisy of pretending to care for people in need is too much to ask if they don't have any way to reward you for helping them, right? poor people deserve to be brutally raped and killed and to have their lives completely turned upside down because they're just not worth the lives they're living? is this the view we are to assume? how can we feel comfortable being governed by people who we know think this way?

  • @midojaix87

We can not feel comfortable being governed by those people at all, but because of the roll of consumer slaves that we have accepted over the years we are to numb to do anything about it. Tell anyone about Darfur and they will respond appalled by the situation, and then do nothing about it. Cause what can we do? We still have to work to be able to consume, and in our consumer-eyes, that is our purpose isn't it?

  • @forthesakeohsp we can kill this undercover white supremacist obama person or better educate the american people to leave jesusland and other such fairy tales and get some real idea on true moral and not blind submission.

  • You are 100% right....What the Fuck is this world coming to?

  • In all fairness, they do plan to give the money to charity, they have not stated which one. I can ONLY HOPE that it's NOT the "brad & Angelina" charity --- !!

  • I think every country has some kind of genocide its just being done alittle different in each country but means the same thing. we are all being played agianst one another and it seems to be working. people need to stand together and only then we will see a change. if the vips dont have millions of people against each other what good would it be for them. this is happening because people in different countires think other countries dont like them. its not the little people doing this.

  • please send any documentaries about genocide to me, my account is an archive for genocides of the world, i would be very gratefull for any genocide video... if you are looking for a video just visit my playlists and you will hopefully find what you seek

  • SSCZ: This is truly a tame version of what has occurred, and still occurring in Darfur...I will inspect more movies, hoping I see a little more...hmmm, blatant and brutal accuracy?

  • Its so sad to see these arabs commiting genocide against my people and intruding on land that isn't theirs!

I think thats the Law & Order DA as the narrator.

  • China Supplies the money the Sudanese government uses to uphold the war again Dufar. China Has the political foothold to demand that the Sudan Government allow UN peacekeepers in to help. China stand and does nothing. They give the Sudanese Government the money to continue the genocide. Stand Agains t Chine for their part in the Genocide on Dufar.

  • All because of oil.

  • US Supplies the money the rebel groups used to uphold the war again Sudan goverment. US Has the political foothold to demand that the rebel groups to stop kill people. US stand and does nothing. They give the rebel groups the money to continue the genocide. Stand Agains the US for their part in the Genocide on Dufar.

  • But Bostonking? You're an American right?

    Ohh the hypocrisy...

  • I am very suspicious of American media.

  • This is so sad, what is wrong with people today!

  • A genocide...

After all these years of war and hatred, we said "never again"...

But we are still on the road to war and chaos.

While billions of dollars are invested on the unjustified war on Iraq ,the so- called defenders of the free world let those people die in silence.

    Shame on those hypocrits...

  • Mmmhm, and when we send troops, "ZOMG UR STEAL TEH OILS FRUM SUDAN!!1"

  • Ok , US army is in Iraq since 2003.

And what?!! ooh! Can't believe this, there were no massive attack weapons. What a surprise!

Ooh! And I 'm sure the Iraqi people loove your conception of Democracy and Liberty.

They are so ungratful...Hmmm Bad Iraqis who dare protesting, let's put them in jail, hmmm yeah in Abu Graib and let's punish them baaad!

Ok just like in 1991,easy! Destroy the whole country; kill people; oppress and torture people.

  • A lot of american soldiers including veterans of 1991 war protest aginst this unjustified war!

Yes, the US gov lied and is still lying.

Yes they went there for oil ( Iraq is the 2nd world oil supplier.)

They just want to control the oil ressources of the country.

And they lie to you. Open your eyes.

Can't you understand; so much people died for nothing but the US gov's intersts. They don't care about their own soldiers that they send to chaos Iraq is in the dark. This is unbearable!

  • Evillutionskate, please don't let your government brainwash you.

  • No

"Where are the weapons of mass destruction?"

Saddam killed hundreds of thousands of people by gas bombings.

over 63% of Iraqis approve of the removal of Saddam, and Iraqis are ALLOWED to protest and vote!

And we aren't in iraq for oil!

Iraq isin't number 2, THEY ARE NUMBER 15 FOR GOD'S SAKE.

Mexico and Canada BOTH have higher oil production than Iraq.

Instead of saving you French from Nazis mabye next time it will be from the Mujahideen.

  • evillutionskate, sorry, I meant Iraq is the 2nd world "réserve" (I don't know the equivalent world in english)behind Saoudi Arabia.

There's been the genocide against the kurds in Irak perpetrated by S. hussein, sure, I don't deny it, he was a freak tyrant.

By the way, could you remind me of something hmmm... I forgot...

Who were the allies of S. Hussein in the 80's.

Which country provided S. Hussein in 1988 ( year during the which the kurdish population was exterminated).

  • evilluyionskate, who provided S. Hussein with millions of dollars and weapons, the same year of the S. Hussein genocide campaign and the year after?!

If your gov wanted to bring Democracy to the Iraqi people, why didn't they do it in 1991, after having slaughtered 500 000 people, used chemical weapons, destroy the whole country ( bombing airports, ports, civilian buildings....). Why didn't they fire S. Hussein at that time and "save the Iraqis from tyranny?!

  • Ok so now, you remind us of what your country has done for France during the 2nd world war.

Must I remind you of the fact that it was necessary to chase the Nazis out of Europe ;they exterminated around 6 millions of jews!

Of course, any country able to put an end to the occupation had to intervene.

It was the US duty not to close their eyes on what happened at that time.

It was a horrible period, horrible...What the nazis have done in the name of hatred, humanely unbearable.

    Are you

  • evillution, will you put that argument on the table each time a french will dare to disagree with your gov' s "war" policy?!

    It' s really sad.

By the way , we're ok we don't need you to "save" us from the mujahideens.

I don't know on which planet you live, but there is no mujahideen in France!!

There are muslims for sure(I' m one of them ), but we have no intention to "islamise" France and we have no problem with non muslim people, we live in peace just like in your country.

  • we are there for oil boy dont lie to ya self and thats fucked up cuz we need to get out of there and help dardur

  • The catholic church is the richest entity in the world with 2 billion members. Dont you think they should stop preaching about giving and actually act out what they preach.

  • Darfur needs international help, not just expecting a few countries to solve the problem. Everyone should help stop Darfur instead of arguing which countries to blame and which countries should do what. Are you guys who are arguing doing something for Darfur already?

  • Have you ever heard of RWAWANDA???? The hutu army killed over 1 million tutsi citizens ( tutsi and hutu are black, there is not legitimate difference between them, the belgians made up the difference) they called it a civil war, sorry but that sounds like genocide to me.

  • The Sudan has tons of oil...

  • How the hell is Darfur the US's responsibility the US isn't doin shit, no government is, if a few of the powerful government(I.E US, Canada, Britain) did something about it, those poor Sudanese people wouldnt be getting killed or raped daily. Just because their black and they have no oil doesnt mean we have to turn our backs to them. If this was another WHITE country or a country with Oil the US would have been there the day it happened.

  • not only does sudan have a crap load of oil ALOT of countries ARE helping... America gives SHIT loads of money idk WTF you're talking about.

if you means sending in troops think about what your saying. military forces for most of the military powers of the world are already tied up else where helping them

  • why is darfur automatically the US responsibility? Why not the worlds?

  • Exactly, why not their own? the U.S has it's own problems, now people are usint propagand to tell you to donate and supposidly support this; and genocide has gone on before this, why is it getting this much attention now? stupid crap

  • Land of the free and home of the brave eh? I say bull shit. If America wants to continue having the power to do something about issues like the one in Darfur and refuse to we will continue to be looked at by the rest of the world as a morally corrupt country.

  • We kind of need to take care of our own country first. Foriegners expect certain things of this country that just aren't so, but could be if we actually wanted to do something about it. Freedom is not Free, and not everyone is treated equally.

  • why shouldn't everyone be treated equally? With great power comes great responsibility. The US continues to want great power but not responsibility and it is truly disgusting. Bill Clinton said it when the Genocide in Rwanda was happening... The US only goes in to situations that are beneficial for the US

  • Your quotation of spiderman shows your great political merit.

  • you knowledge of the quote shows your great intelligence level. Also you excellent rebuttal to the statement I made shows you ability to make compelling argument and conversation.

  • 1) Everyone knows the quote who has ever had a TV on in their home.

    2) Sending foreign aide to africa has a great track record for success. Africa needs correct government and freedom not American handouts.

  • Are you really that ignorant? We should have entered when Rwanda was occurring but we did not. We could have saved the lives of over 500,000 INNOCENT people. How exactly do you expect Darfur to get "correct government and freedom" when the government is the reason the innocent people are being killed? Imagine if the CIA was going around murdering and raping everyone in America and the rest of the world said "well america should get freedom and a correct government"

  • Why not blame colonialism instead of America for Africa's current situation. You can easily blame Belgium for siding with the tutsi during their occupation post WW2 and leading to Hutu revolt. Why must america be the world's janitor and clean up the messes of others. Africa is in a state Europe was in in the Dark Ages. Let them sort out their own issues and let them instill their own government over time. Without turmoil there is no progress.

  • Why not blame colonialism? If you want to blame it fine... so ok now you blamed colonialism... now what? That was not a solution. If someone was killing all of us you would expect help from countries that actually can help. You make it sound like you want to make America and isolationist country. You are the reason everyone dislikes America. Keep it up America, continue to be morally corrupt!!!

  • A good dose of isolationism might be just what the doctor ordered for America. A trillion dollar deficit, broken border control, strong foreign market competition, these issues should come first before any foreign policy is adopted. America should be America's first concern and not Darfur, not Iraq, and not Iran.

  • if you want to blame belgium, fine by me but you have to know that congo was better when we were there. we build school, transport, hospitals... ok, cruelty happened (apartheid, torture,...) and that was wrong. But a lot of children went to school, economy was not that bad,.... they wanted to be independent, we gave it to them... see what happened.. corruption everywhere, killing other people, rapes, no medication..

  • my conclusion is, that somehow, congo (we weren't in sudan) was better of when we were there.. for ex: the roads are still the same since we left (ofcourse you can't call it roads anymore; trains and rails: still the same but a lot of them can't be used anymore; the hospitals: still the same

  • Fantastic, we helped in Congo, Great! Why don't we stay in the Congo? In fact why doesn't American just adopt the whole 3rd world? Why don't we just plunge ourselves into further deficit for a temporary African solution? What happens when our money runs out? We leave Africa to itself and you see that nothing has infact changed. Money is a temporary solution. Africa is steeped well into the Dark Ages when it comes to development.

  • does that make you feel good to say? i hope it does, i hope you can sleep at night.

  • but it was america and europe who started africas problems so they must help solve it

  • because, it would be fine if America rreacted the same way with every situation, but id doesnt, we fought for the jews in the holocaust because Brittain did it first,

we're in Afghanastan now because they have oil,

we're only there for there oil, not to hlp them.

u know that as well as i do

  • Where is the U.N and U.S.A that blames Turkiye about armenian genocide now?

Why they don't do anything as people are killed now in Darfur?

  • the country is so corrupted already they have to do such to seem like they aren't morally corrupt, and what should this country care about what the rest of the world thinks of it? we should spend more time lowering taxes, uniting to fight for our rights that seem to be a dimming light in our lives, because we let the government get away with so much, all of it's a giant world wind of greed, they constantly throw out lies and excuses to delude you from what you should really be focusing on

  • save Africa=Screw western

  • the world needs to start thinking global,we need to help each other

  • The real (sad) truth is... the reason we have NOT sent troops or aid, is because there is no major way of profiting in major peacekeeping/humanitarian aid.... Bush and other politicians want to stay focused in iraq, and maintain a nice long profitable war...

  • my point being, although America (and other countries) COULD help these people, and other areas around the world. but we are just too ignorant, too dumb.

....and we prove it every, single, day....

  • "because most people in the USA...have no clue how to think for themselves "

    i glad you said "most"

the REAL funny thing is, MOST morons in america are so damn clueless to how much their lives are decided for them, and not only do they accept it, but concider it law and outcast those who wander from the supposed 'law'

I'm a Proud American, determined "to be what i was Born to be... free and independent" -JFK

  • How can this be viewed only 3400 times and Paris Hiltons jail term must get a million hits?????

  • agreed

  • alot of the atrocities talked about in this video were done by Sadaams regime but we are in the wrong for stoppins such evil. If there would have been more coverage on what was happening over there like this video alot of you wouldnt oppose the war in Iraq.

  • Why cant we go over there?? goddamn French tell us theres no genocide, OK! If france says its ok , lets just leave it! HELL NO!!! We gotta help em with bullets, not words

  • Boycott Beijing Olympics 2008!! Say NO to the bloody evil comunists invading other countries for money!!!

  • If you have China providing weapons to the Sudanese government on the one hand, big corporations such as Walmart relying on the supply of cheap stuff from China on the other hand, you don't expect the Bush administration to do anything! After all Bush's so-called international policies depend on two types of businesses: 1. oil companies, 2. big corporations that have international operations

  • This is unbearable unacceptable, bashing 2 year old children, in the face. Somebody needs 2 massacre the ones who are doing this evil here 2 these good ppl.God keep these innocent soals.

  • Very powerful ...narration and footages ...God Bless You and members of film crews. I wish to do the same thing ... filmming refugess and various human experience on my second film and beyond...

  • Boycott Beijing Olympics 2008!! Shame on China !

  • What can we do to help these suffering people? My heart breaks for this inhuman treatment of our brothers and sisters. As surely as it happens to others it will happen to us.

  • There needs to be more coverage of this here in Europe (i'm from Spain). This MUST be stopped NOW.

  • I'll tell you what I would love to be able to do... I would love to be able to fly in there and just start fighting back for those helpless souls. Surely I would die, but I would die fighting the good fight. There needs to be more coverage of this here in The States. I don't know of anyone off the top of my head that fully understands this and fully gets these images.

  • Yea I feel the same way, it's retarded how all those innocent people are dieing and no other country's done anything about it. Just give me a machine gun and i'll go there myself but i'm sure most of my friends would feel the same and help out too

  • I think most Americans must be weighed down with the Iraq war. Why else would we not be doing more to pressure the government of Sudan? Did Governor Richardson's visit there do no good? I feel helpless. I give money, I pray, I keep informed, I am going to a rally April 29th. I don't know what else to do.

  • My question is why won't the UN call this genocide with 400 thousand people murdered but CNN will? Why haven't the UN done something about this? Why won't France, Germany, Russia or China step up to the plate and stop the Genocide that's going on? Why is France and China still buying OIL from the Sudan? Why was it ok for Sodom Husain to murder tens of thousands of his own people but it is not ok for the Sudanese government to do the same? Somebody please answer these questions for me!
