I saw Don McLean perform at the Cerritos Ctr for the Performing Arts, Cerritos, CA USA on 7/3/2011. He gave a great performance and the crowd appreciated him. He was nice enough to stay after the show to sign autographs and pose for photos with the people who purchased his CDs/DVDs. Thanks, Don. I hope to keep the CD, the photo, and the memory forever.

Wow - Don is now 65 years old. He sounds good, though. The new song is good, too. When all my high school friends were listening to Led Zepplin, I was playing Don's albums.

McLean was always such great singer - he could sing anyone's material. The fact that he was able to write so many great songs really sets him apart. His best work was probably not heard by most - he had some albums that contained real pearls that didn't reach the masses - but I personally love those songs dearly. Homeless Brother was one such album. He still sounds really good cause he owns those songs. Thanks for posting bro.

His voice shows obvious signs of age but he still sings it with dignity. The beautiful thing is that he will live forever through his songs. An unsurpassed master. They don't make it like Don anymore. Thanks for the video homelessbrother!
