  • scam to make u rush out spend money hold of on 3d tv as this range isnt here in au yet soon will be

  • lol love how puplic get ripped of in australia we always get rubish stuf before the real deal

last 20 years asia and europe markets not sold and not wanted ends up on our shore wake up people and c that just because 3d tv was a buzz dont waste ya money soon led 3ds and even at higher hrtzs is coming higer again just wait till october u wait and c the product s in tv range well not here in australia but u can imported cheaper and much better just wait its a scam

  • so when they can create holographic full 3d image without this stupid tricks?I assume when they saturate market enough with plasma then 3d with galss, then 3d without glass, then bla bla -bla bla, till they rip as much money as they can, cause tv's would be dead if they stopped.Actually for pc monitor this will work well, cause of fixed distance.

  • @malganus good point, the programming on tv is so crappy that no one would watch them if they didn't feel obligated after spending 1000 on a new tv every 12 months...

  • I saw a no glasses 3D in a bar in Madrid the other day. Was impressive!! i didn't expect them so soon.

  • It may work for you because you are wearing glases (2d)

  • is that like the n3ds

  • lol no name TV! I wonder how awesome it would be to watch stuffs in 3D w/o the glasses when it's done. I believe LG will rule on the issues about viewing angles and distance cuz they got credit for inventing and introducing a passive 3D TV for the 1st time. I am pretty sure they will be able to do it out once more :)

  • Well, atleast LG is making the first LG 3D TELIVISION (not monitor) without glasses! Wait, Sony is.. wait, Samsung... Philips ^.^ And Toshiba? Wow...

  • So they broadcast several images of the same pictures and you need to be at a certain distance and angle to see it. I'd keep my glasses, i dont think this is the right technology that would make glass-free 3d.

  • they will never get 3D tv without glasses right as it messes up your brain

  • @sainglain No it doesn't. If you don't know what 3D display is, it's basically a display of different polarized lights to both eyes creating the idea of depth, hence creating the "illusion" of 3D. The only difference between normal stereoscopy and autostereoscopy, is the recognition of the location of both human eyes. What I mean is that normal stereoscopy needs the glasses because the displaying device can't recognize the your right and left eye, but autostereoscopy can eliminating the glasses.

  • Em qualquer lingua a LG é LIXO!!!

  • Nintendo was on this case before these people were, and they already cracked how to get 2D on an autostereoscopic 3D display, as well as how to make the level of 3D adjustable.

  • have a fat switch on the side like the 3ds lmao

  • @mofohofo fat switch is awesome

  • this seems cool.

but i like the idea of the glasses because then you can have like for a game with your buddy you can play and each see your own view on the full screen.

with this, its not possible correct? you would need to have "split screen" then.. well i would put up with glasses for that bonus

  • so how does it works?

lets say that i am recording a 3d movie with Fujifilm 3d camera will i be able to see it 3d on the tv without glass? any clue?

  • They should work on the optical layer as the product, and you put it over a 120Hz monitor (or TV).

  • Works great if you're giving head.

  • can't wait :D

  • I find all this t.v. stuff ridiculas! I am ok with a regular lcd tv, what people need to be working on are devolping better plots! Tv and movies suck nowadays!

  • @rustyjonesjr quit h8n ...an let me recomend some good shows, the Wire, dexter, weeds if your lookin for something a little lighter, and writers of movies and tv shows have prob never met or even seen the ppl that develop technology like this, so if you find new technology rediculous go live in a cave or something and take your lcd with you and watch fuzz since you dont even like watching it anyways...hater...

  • @xxchaos4lifexx Lol, see to me its just a television! I do not need to get an experience out if it! Just need to watch some news, and the couple tv shows that i actually do like! I rarely watch it, i dont play video games, and the movies are lame nowadays too!

I would rather live my own life, then watch someone elses! But you probably would not understand that!

And as far as being a hater...well in your case it doesn't take too much to see that it "takes one to know one", you proved that lol!

  • @rustyjonesjr Yeah, you are definitely a hater. You know how I can tell? You've landed yourself on a video about the latest prototype technology for TVs when you are apparently doing just fine with your old CRT, just to bash people about how great your life is that you don't need a TV.

I have a CRT too. I have a great life too. I rarely watch TV. Hell, I don't even have cable. But I really don't see why someone would come here just to bash a break-through technology.

  • @AmirGTR Thats a good point! But all i did was click on a featured video! Come on 3d vision without anytype of glasses? Of course i would like to see that! Thats why i watched the video, that and pure boredom! But i call it as i see it! People are way too stuck on tv's this day in age! Again it's just a television it doesnt do much for anyone! Thats all, it just displays moving pictures! Big f'n deal! Commercials, and society make it seem like this crap is really important! What a joke!

  • @rustyjonesjr You see it wrong then. I agree that people are spending too much time on the TV, but they're also spending too much on the computer. This is what you're guilty of doing as well.

And while you're making a fair point it doesn't apply to everyone. This TV in particular is a "3 D" TV. It's not made for watching reality TV or infomercials. It's for watching a blu-ray 3D movie with the girl you brought home. It's for playing games with 4 of yours friends at your house. I dig it.
