i know kung fu is some hard forms got to have a lot of balance and flexibility i seen some moves in kung fu and i think ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but my master cooley... ya i know cooley is awesome name but he does this form alot hes a 7 th dan black belt dan AKA degree
This doesn't look nearly as hard for some reason as the black belt form my kung fu school does o.O not trying to be insult anyone, cuz i used to take tae kwon do. I guess at least it looks a lot more complicated than a lot of the karate black belt forms i've seen.
