I use Sony Vegas 6.0 to do all my editing. And this is not a feature... I had to manually scale all pictures to thirds, and then move them around to a grid.

its actually a beautiful image of a road and a rainbow over a tree. But the rainbow is so bright and vivid that you can actually see the second rainbow a few degrees above it, which is due to the secondary reflection of light rays in drops of water. I thought it was pretty cool. (Many people dont know it but with every rainbow there is actually another rainbow above it, but much much dimmer, and its colors are reversed.)
