Just a thought: isn't it a better idea to spread both sides of the cake with the chocolate mixture instead of spreading the chocolate on top of the bananas? It'd be easier. Anyway, it looks great!

hmm i think u work out with the cake to much especially when u cut the cake...will be enough just using shredded knife...it make crumbsss everywhere......
