  • Try increasing the decimals. See if that works. If it does not, comment back with more detail.

  • Great video! Can you place a boolean function in the formula so that it will pick more then one sales rep? i.e. counting every Chin or Suix??

  • To count every Chin or Suix use this formula:

    =COUNTIF(Sales_Rep,"Suix")+COU­NTIF(Sales_Rep,"Chin")

    to add:

    =SUMIF(Sales_Rep,"Suix",Sales)­+SUMIF(Sales_Rep,"Chin",Sales)
