I've followed everything Susan since "I Dreamed A Dream." I always find it miraculous when the lowly, the ignored, the humble not only manage to surface but surpass everyone's expectations in talent, much like Paul Potts. He equally fascinated me.

She had a rough start, but recovered quickly, showing the professionalism she will carry with her throughout her bright future career. I believe we have not had a performer like her since Kate Smith, and I like Susan better. I hope she comes to the US. As she gets more comfortable being in front of the world audience, and can do this full time, she will get even better! Go Susan

But this song I won't be revisiting. Song choice is important!! Your audience should be involved emotionally --- just like Shaun & Jamie did the first time. But these three & their latest choices are disappointing. I hope she wins!

Soooooo....Simon apologizes to Susan. Why did it take him seven weeks? She was cool about it though. That's because she's a humble sweet lady. Nice performance under so much pressure. I think the violinist should have gotten second place, she was the next best performer. It takes a lot more talent and years of study to play a violin, than to do a bunch of jumping, jerking, tumbling, and crazy hand movements. It was just another tumbling act.

Hmmmm. Agreed, not the best choice of song FOR ME but maybe she found it challenging for herself -- difficult to sing I'd think but she pulled it off. Choice of song is uber important. I wanted it to be something I could relate to like the first time, or like Shaun Smith singing, 'Ain't No Sunshine.'

I think to be fair, her performance wasn't that great at all. Perhaps it's the expectation that has been put on her. She's off for the first half of the song and kind of become better in the latter.
