Um.... no. It's definitely NOT Matthew Broderick singing this... This is actually Cam Clarke, who played adult Simba for speaking and singing roles in most Disney media. The only film he wasn't in as Simba was the original Lion King.
moreover, what impact on the world does the Head Beagle have? if they ordered it, could they make all the beagles attack their owners? and how do non-Head beagles get their instructions, if any, from them? i've never seen my dog getting any letters or telegrams. and why is Snoopy so happy to be Head? does it pay well? impress girls?
What the Head Beagle does is make sure that all the other beagles are doing their part, such as howling at owls, chasing rabbits, and being faithful to your master.
When Snoopy becomes Head Beagle, however, he fills out papers with his secretary (Woodstock), and acts more as a second president, as Linus asks him what he's going to do about pollution, so it's kind of confusing as to what the Head Beagle actually does. It's one or the other.
i've often wondered what being the Head Beagle entailed. what are the responsibilities of the Head Beagle? is he an ambassador to other breeds heads, for instance, does the Head Beagle meet with the Head Dachshund?
