He was a retired, peacetime National Guardsman who never rose beyond Colonel, and any suggestion this fruit is or was a US Army general is simply a lie.
This "general" title is some State title that is not recognized by the Army. It's equivalent to an honorary degree from a college, or to Colonel Sanders' honorary title from the state of Kentucky.
He knows this, and is hoping you don't.

The only way to take away the blackmail threat is to stop making it ILLEGAL to be gay.

Like African American soldiers, gay men who joined the military knowing that their own government was against them and that there were member of THEIR OWN UNIT who wanted to beat the crap out of them or worse . . .
are as heroic as any other veterans they were fighting with, if not more.

What I'm saying is that if a soldier who is ready to give his life defending the United States writes a letter to his girlfriend or his boyfriend or whatever and is exposed as heterosexual or homosexual that's not flaunting his sexuality. It's just normal human behavior.

Not when it is obvious now that he was a "plant" from Hillary's campaign to try to disrupt the Republican debate. How about the next Democrat debate, having someone ask Hillary about her involvement with illegal contributions to her campaign (HSU scandal) and why she hired Sandy Berger to her team since he is a known criminal? Talk about fair play, but you will never see something like this happen, will you?
