the movie gave it no justice. most of the show is in verse, and the movie put it all into boring words. if jonathan larson was alive, i dont think the movie would have been like it is. he would have made sure the true idea stayed. la boheme is the basis, and muzettas waltz holds true. these things are lost in the glamor of the movie. nothing beats going to see the show and waiting for the surprises held in store.
