  • Is this good for helping to gain weight? If not to you have one for someone wanting to gain weight or 'build'? either way cant wait to try it out

  • @Sicsta - Yes, definitely will help. And not bad weight either! Good weight. If you go to google and look up "vitality blast smoothie"... you will see a link to my latest version of this shake! Enjoy!!

  • my guess is about 500-600 calories. I have a new version of the super shake posted as a note on my facebook page "vitalityadvocate". Come check it out!

  • how many calories in this shake?

  • I prefer my shakes ALIVE. Living foods will do everything you claim & do it better for harmony, inner peace and well being. Nothing beats real living foods for health. Sure, those are real foods that you display. But most are dead. They won't do your body any more good than juicing fresh veggies & fruits which the body craves to be more balanced & harmonious. Maybe I don't have a sugar problem at age 62 because I get my sugar from veggies & fruits from juicing since I was a kid.

  • @metaspherz - for sure, my champion juicer gets daily use, plus I eat tons of raw veggies and fruits throughout the day... so I agree. but i know alot of people who aren't interested in the hassle of juicing. Too much preparation and cleaning, not only the juicer, but the ingredients too. I'll do videos about juicing it soon with my girlfriend (she got me into it). I'll make a really good argument why not to be lazy with your health! thanks for the comment man!

  • dont worry Im a talker too lol . keep the vids coming

  • @kekedj214 right on man :) thanks

  • Lastly, in all of your videos I did not see you mention any Fish oil?? Do you exclusively obtain all of your Omega 3's from your Flax? If you want to try a high potency liquid Green Tea extract. There is a company called Pure Inventions that makes a 100% pure liquid Green Tea. You can find it reasonably on Swansons.com or purchase pure Japanese tea bags at Maeden.com. Keep the videos coming!

  • @yzrkmn - no fish oil at this time. all the EFA's are from chia, hemp, flax, and adding fish in salads, tuna & salmon. went off the vegan kick. gonna check out that tea reference, thanks! :D

  • which have more antioxidants than blueberries. It's all a personal preference though. I also reguarly use I-Herb which has the best prices. As far as meat, have you ever considered Grass Fed Beef, Bison or Free Range Chicken? I tried following a similar plan eating egg whites, beans, nuts, however I just was not getting enough protein and I always hungry. You look incredibly lean in this video as well. I think your holding back on all your techniques lol

  • @yzrkmn haha, if I talk too much, i get in trouble, if I dont say enough i get in trouble. lol ... yeah there's alot more I do. when my site launches, gonna be adding a ton of new vids. how to time what you eat, that was huge to me getting leaner. most of all, motivation. other hidden techniques are cayenne, ginseng, ultimate secret is magnetite supplement (will do a video on that soon), and honestly? the mind has loads to do with metabolism.

  • Hi Matt!

I viewed all of your videos and found to be very informative and professional. I do have a "constructive comment" you mentioned in another video about the dangers of too much sugar included those from fruits. In this particular shake you incorporate 3 types of fruits which some are high glycemic. I make a similar shake using Brown Rice protein from Sun Warrior which you can find on I Herb, 1tbl of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 1tbl of Chia seeds and 1 cups of blck rasberries

  • @yzrkmn - true, alot of those fruits add up. I'm actually going to reproduce the shake video. changed alot of it since. took out the banana and acai powder, switched to fresh ground whole flax, added chia seed, spirulina and kelp, switched to wild blueberries and dark cherries. I've stayed shredded using this shake for the last year and a half though. the two fruits are gonna stay. but it's true, simple sugars are bad... gonna try sunwarrior after i run out of what im using now

  • @xenonce Note: While simple sugars get a bad rap not all are unhealthy. They are also found in more nutritious foods like fruit & milk: nutrient dense foods. They should make up the bulk of your simple sugar intake.

  • @xenonce The fact that sugars are a great energy source make them appealing but the crash that comes later is hardly worth it to most of us. But eating proteans like nuts along with them will help to avoid the crash & aid in stamina. That's from 50 years experience. I get my sugar from juicing living fruits & veggies. It's less harmful because the living enzymnes aid digestion & metabolism.

  • @metaspherz - good info. fresh juice is always the tastiest too

  • You talk too much.

  • @SmilingEyes79 - nod. its just a nervousness toward camera, rather than in front of live people, like training someone at the gym. this was is my first one. when I played back the footage, I almost didn't post it... anyway, practice makes perfect

  • what does flax do?

  • @jakekhanph - look up "flax benefits" on google. It's so awesome. flax is my favorite. Chia seeds are good too.

  • Will whey protein work in place of the Rice protein thing ya got? I don't have the rice one.

  • @Ieghairdude - it sure will :) try it out, or order rice protein online

  • BROTHER~ ! thanks for the recipe! did you do that calculation to find the totals?

  • ahh- sah- eeh

    not acai lol

  • haha thanks, i know now, someone also pointed it out in part 2 too. :)

  • thnx alot ...

  • Awesome!!
