Should single christian women invite men to thier apartment?

The bible says not to but any confidence in the flesh... it isn't about having a strong will or etc. You shouldn't trust yourself to put yourself in harms way in sin. I am a witness. The Spirit is willing BUT the FLESH is WEAK. Don't fool yourselves ladies.

Thank You for this! I needed this a few yrs ago after first getting my apt in college. Then I was inviting friends over... some of them were guy friends and this did lead to temptation but only by GOD'S GRACE was I able to resist. My best friend at the time told me that if I planned on staying a virgin that I needed to STOP inviting the guy friends to my apt & I listened. Now, I am 24 yrs old and still saving myself for marriage. Many young women living alone need to hear this.

I agree with what you're saying but it all depends on how strong willed both parties are. If they have both decided that they are not going to participate in any type of sexual activity it is a good chance that they would'nt have sex, although it is still possible. So I really think it depends on the person. I do not see how someone could really really get to know some (with the intent to marry) and never go to each others homes...
