He needed the Kyuubi, which he didn't have control of at the time, to save him from being captured by Pain, and needed Hinata to get him angry enough to transform in the first place. Way to overlook details. Sasuke dealt with Kages, plenty at once, and got little to no support with it. Of course he'll need help because he was dealing with people at his level and much higher. The Kyuubi would've prevented Naruto from dying against Pein, regardless of him being angered or not as the Kyuubi would naturally protect him from death as Naruto's death = Kyuubi's death. Ntm, Sasuke didn't deal with multiple Kages at once. He dealed with them individually for like 5 minutes or so, with the exception of the Raikage as he fought against for about an episode or so.
