Look into changing the way we collect taxes to a system based on consumption instead of income. We could eliminate some 350 billion $ with expenses wasted on overhead costs we have now. Illegals and criminals would pay taxes, since they have to buy things. Adding a prebate would "untax" the poverty level poor. Look into HR25, the FairTax bill. Right now 65 congressmen have co-sponsored it. Except for Obams'a administration, we've gained co-sponsorship each congress.
