@TheArkayProductions A normal map is a texture that make a low poly model look smoother and more realistic.You can smooth the model if you want too but you would have performance issues because it has to many polygons.And because of that you need a nomalmap.
this tutorial tells me NOTHING, all it tells me is that this guy can do it. If someone has a soul they'll tell me how to make a normal map so i can actually texture it in photoshop. The internet sux, can't find shit, all i can find are tutorials that are half way or tutorials that are just wrong. thanx in advance :D
no worries man, I got normal maps working by using zbrush with 3ds max. I was doing it right the whole time but i needed to reconfigure some zbrush file for 3ds max and i didn't know i had to reset x form before exporting my models. thanx anyways 8)

m super confused what should be added first ? should we first apply textures/diffuse map or other maps on the model before applying normal map ?

At first I was amazed and didn't know how anyone could make such an awesome model, then I noticed the japanese font and everything fell in to place.

There are quite a few tutorials out there for doing it in Blender. What are you using?

Textues can make your model very interesting, and even more 3d using bump maps or even normal shaded texture.
