I miss the old portraits with scary faces on them, Club Blood has a few that look like the old ones from Dr. of Doom. I have pictures of the portraits that I took in 2007 or so sort of unauthorized, I took a pic of all six one at a time really fast. I used them in my RCT3 game as billboard images inside the Dr. of Doom haunt in my Dorney Park on RCT3 which I never changed to Psycho Circus yet. I didn't even finish the park although most of the rides are in, but the haunt attractions unfinished.

The haunt was originally called Dr. Frightner's Horror Theater when it opened fall 1998 and was the only haunt in the park at the time when Halloweekends started. There is a picture of it at Coasterimage site. Dorney Park used to have other types of dark rides prior to 1994, 1993. There was a walkthrough haunted house near Thunder Creek Mountain in 1992 called Mystery Mansion. That was the transition year to Cedar Fair ownership from Harris Weinstein. Bucket O' Blood dark ride burned 9/28/1983.

That year they continued to call it Doctor of Doom, but with a sick new logo of an evil clown with a bloody hatchet. The logo can be seen on Dorney Park Online in the haunt section. That was the only year they used that logo. It was sort of a mixture of clowns and doctor theming that year, then in 2009 they gave it the full clown treatment and renamed it Psycho Circus and relocated some of the doctor props to Asylum previously Scream Works.

Well, it was undergoing a transformation that year 2008 into a clown-circus-themed haunt, but they kept the Doctor of Doom logo and changed it with the evil clown with bloody hatchet. It was half doctor, half clown/circus themed that year, some of the old Doctor of Doom theming was still in there, then last year it was retitled Psycho Circus and was changed even more into a full circus themed haunt. Some of the old Doctor props went to Asylum, which was previously Scram Works before last year.

Omg I hate this, yet I go on it every freaking year!! Me and my sister went once with my bf and our parents, well they made us kids go on, my sis' first time, and we were like clinging to my bf.
