The show is rigged! Bobby was good in the kitchen, calm under pressure, worked well with everyone else and helped carry most of the services whether his won or lost. Never complained.

But I bet Bobby got a great job out of this because someone was lucky and smart enough to realize his potential.

Perhaps he knows that neither one on the chopping block is going to win and will be choosing from those remaining. He needs to test them to make sure they can handle working like professionals even with people they can't stand and want eliminated. See? Perhaps some method to his madness.
