Karen just sprinkled a lil sometin sometin!!!! If you haven't seen her in Yanni's video at the Acropolis it is a must see. She bring the heat to the violin and it was smokin. My bible teacher Eunice shared this woman's music with me and OMG! This song, Lose Yourself, is so appropriately named, as when I hear it, I get into her music and forget myself, except for the awareness of the hairs standing up on my arms. What emotion coming out of her fingers, and it's even more intense watching Karin's face as she strums through this amazing piece!!! WOW!!!

What a wonderful group of musicians I had chance to work with! J Fly (the drummer) was the Music Director. We had no rehearsal!! Only a soundcheck. It was hot and humid out there but the violin, the bow and I held up. The great Jennifer Holiday came by to say hello and Marcus Johnson (who also performed) were out there. I met new, young generation of musicians and spoke with many fans that day. Nice turn out for a week day too. Thank you Atlanta!
