Every school is different,some are in the stands/bleachers and some are on the court. You can adjust by taking the kick/trun out all together only using the arm motionsin place if you are not on the court ;) Happy cheering
during basketball season the cheerleaders usually are on the bleachers and can't move back and forth like you are . they have to stay in one spot and can't kick or they'll hit the girl in front of them .
@babyboo7373 we don't do cheers for halftime , we dance and stunt . plus this is a cheer for during the game . you can't do a cheer saying to "move that ball down the court" when the game isn't even on ...
