I think you are misunderstanding the ruling by the supreme court. We have defined, in this country that corporations are entities with all the protections afforded us by the constitution. The supreme court simply ruled that a patchwork of minor laws restricting the first amendment cannot be allowed. They didn't say corporations should be allowed to, or shouldn't be allowed to do anything.

Ms. Brewer is one of my least favorite journalists on MSNBC. The interviews she does aren't particularly very interesting and are vague in my opinion. I didn't like Mr. Ziegler. He was obnoxious and rude but I think he controlled this interview and won the argument. I don't think he's right but he definitely was in control. He clearly got to her.
